The Branson West Sonic was doing really well at first when I started going there 4 months ago to help my daughter work on her new house. today, I stopped an order the new smash burger and drink as I’m sitting and waiting for my food. 4 other cars showed up after I ordered, and they ordered food and received their food, and they enjoyed their meals. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to stop a car hop and ask where my order was. Her reply was that they were really busy and I needed to be patient. I said I’ve been patiently waiting for 20 minutes and got to watch other people enjoying their food. 5 minutes later, she comes out with my burger that is cold, and the box soggy from grease. I wasn’t really happy with out come and the response from the car hop I didn’t want to wait anymore. The meal was gross. I ordered it without secret sauce, but that didn’t happen… !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been eating Sonic all my life, and being from the south it was always good. I saw a decrease in quality throughout the years. Especially once I got to St. Louis. we pressed the button 3 times within 10 minutes with no response. then we just ordered 2 mini blasts when they finally answered… then 10 min later they brought out the wrong flavor so we pressed the button again and they said they’d bring the correct kind. we waited 5/10 minutes for our CORRECT blasts and they never brought it. so we pressed the button again and they acted like they didn’t know about it at all. then they brought us out some hot fudge in a little container. thanks! we’ll enjoy our melted blasts!! adrian was the one who we spoke to through this whole process.

I just wanted two drinks. They charged me 10 dollars after trying to conversate for 5 whole minutes and stand there. Drinks were small and medium. 10$ later. The heath bar blast hurt my teeth pretty bad. And it doesn’t taste like the sonic I use to go to.

ok I go to drive thru and order burger combo. the worker asked several times what I said and then went silent.. so I drove to window and waited, she then proceeds to hand me a miss match mix of straw, money and receipt and then closes window, a new girl shows up and after I waited almost 5 minutes I get food and leave.. when I started to eat it the burger was cold…and tasted MICROWAVED!!, dont tell me they fix fresh, it was microwaved.and then sat there while 4 workers debated who was going to give it to me. very dysfuntional

Got this sandwich on the way to work called and told them it was like the fourth time this month they put tomato on the sandwich I come through weekly. I didn’t even want my money back but I came back up anyways after work I guess it was a different manager on shift and she treated me rudely for no reason and I happened to know her personally and been kind to her anytime I see her . Don’t offer to refund my money and then treat me like s*** when I come up to your store I’d rather just throw the sandwich away then deal with some ones stinky attitude because they mess up as simple order almost every time we come through and I told them multiple times my girlfriend is actually allergic to tomato ( she can’t eat it.)
