Giving 2 stars because we got an apology for making the wrong shake, and the correct one still tastes good but waited 15 min for them to bring out 2 shakes, 1 was not even close to the one we ordered, and the 2nd was filled with whip cream about a 1/4 of the way to make it look full. Wednesday night, multiple workers, barely any people and we waited a total of 30 minutes before deciding to give up. Everyone else looked happy so maybe we were just the ones who got the short end of the stick? ♀️

If Karla is working the drive-thru, she will treat you right and brighten your day at the same time. Every time that I go through, she is nice and has a smile on her face. Many of those times, I truly need that smile to get through my day.

We came here a couple times on our vacation to Branson. Definitely not the Sonic experience that I expect. On our first day we came the wait was a decent amount of time on a non busy night. I don’t mind waiting, it’s just that it took a little long for what we had. The next day we ordered drinks. One drink, the strawberry sweet-topped lemonade, was made incorrectly. It also has a bunch of sweet cream down the side of the cup. Maybe I’m just being a little harder because I work at the same restaurant, but it definitely wasn’t the Sonic experience I expected.

On Saturday, I visited Sonic and waited over an hour for just two drinks—a Sonic Blast and a milkshake. I understand it was a busy evening, and a wait closer to twenty minutes would have been reasonable. However, waiting more than an hour was excessive.
After speaking with one of the food runners twice, she finally asked for my name and returned shortly with my drinks. I was then told that my order had been made earlier but had melted, so it needed to be remade.
While I recognize that the crew was working hard, this situation points to a breakdown in communication and staffing. The delay could have been avoided with stronger management and better coordination. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

I love this Sonic. The best part is, well everything. It is clean inside and out, the hops are friendly, the service is quick, and I can read my order on the advanced order screens at every stall. They honor the app pay option even in drive thru. Pretty awesome place to eat. I love it!

Who ever the guy working tonight that answers the phone has horrible customer service especially to locals trying to explain about à burger completely mistaken from there end and is very rude
