Got a couple coneys today. So gross!! Like a spoon of chili, the tiny sprinkle of cheese was just shredded cold cheese, not melted at all, and the worst part… the bread had the texture of spit in it-it was so soggy but nothing on it would make it that wet. I am so sure that I just drove off and did not even talk to a manager. In the trash and I feel sick. How is it soggy and cold? Slimy cold bread is so gross. Not to mention 30 minutes for a cold dog?

Cassidy was our server and she was very rude. She cut us off in the middle of ordering, and didn’t tell us our total. When she brought our food out, she didn’t say anything and looked away when handing us our food. Also, I usually enjoy the mozzarella sticks from sonic, however, these tasted so nasty, like chemicals. They were also cold and hard.

This sonic sucks now, I used to prefer it over the one on broadway, now i’ll go out of my way to the one on broadway bc this one is so bad. It is always something with this place, either missing something, food is gross and old or messed up, or ridiculously slow service. I have gone twice in the past week and both times didn’t realize they messed up my order until I got home. First time they didn’t give me my tots I payed for second time (yesterday) I got chili frito pie, DISGUSTING Literally tasted like 5 day old chips that got left out barley any chili or cheese and my tots on the side were barely warm. I’ll never spend money here again this is just the recent times i’ve gone. Broadway sonic is the way to go I never have any issues with them.

Reading the other comments for the sonic are disappointing, but they truly turned the place, In town for work I’ve stopped in here a couple times super nice at the window. Ordered the ultimate meat cheese breakfast burrito best breakfast burrito I’ve had From sonic. Super fast service and really nice employees!!! Thank you, sonic in Sedalia on limit!

I visited the Sonic in Sedalia, and while the employees were friendly and my food was decent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered a Supersonic Burrito, which tasted good but was cooler than I expected. I also tried the crispy tenders with groovy sauce, and they were quite enjoyable.
However, the cleanliness of this location is a major issue. The parking lot was littered with trash and cigarette butts, and the sidewalk near the vehicles was filthy. The bathroom was one of the worst I’ve seen in a long time—absolutely disgusting. There was trash piled up near the trashcan at the front of the restaurant (as shown in the picture I took), and it looked like it had been there for a while.
The bathroom itself was shocking, with hair, fecal matter, and other unsanitary debris everywhere. To make matters worse, there was a hole in the wall exposing what seemed to be electrical wiring. From my past experience working in a restaurant, this level of neglect in customer-facing areas often reflects poor standards in the food preparation areas as well. If the staff can’t keep the bathrooms and public spaces clean, it raises serious concerns about how the food is handled.
This location needs urgent attention to cleanliness and maintenance. It could be so much better with some basic improvements.

We went here as a dinner spot while going to Branson Missouri. We are a family with 6+ people and some different food diets so eating fast food can be difficult. The service was pretty okay, the woman who served us was fast and very helpful. When we got the food, we were missing some of the order. (Which is kinda normal) but the food was not good overall. The drinks we had were full of ice and watery and my mother had a cold as the ice burger and it felt like it had been in a pool of gris. The bathrooms were gross with bodily fluid all over it. It was not a good experience and I wouldn’t eat here again personally. Overall not good.

The food used to be good about a year ago, but now anything you get fried is so burnt and tastes like old oil. It’s disgusting and a waste of money. Stopped going a few months ago since every time we went it looked like this, and thought we would try again, but the tots were inedible and the pretzels were barely edible. They are obviously trying to cut costs but this is unacceptable…
