Decided to grab sonic.. it has been awhile..I was just sooo disappointed!! Yes it was 9 pm..the food was gross ..got home with two cold burgers.. made wrong..I guess they can’t hear right..cook figured he get the order out right away way with the worst I’ve ever had of a burger..cold..meat was dry and old…they need not be open at this time..they serve an all cold old food.. fries we’re like fry sticks from a can.complete nasty experience.. well dogs ate good I guess..

I’m going to start by saying, this was maybe the best sonic experience we’ve ever had. Unfortunately a little earlier in the evening me and my car full of friends wanted to make a stop at the other sonic location here, unfortunately the service was unable to meet our needs. Saddened and a bit upset, we left hoping for the best at the other location. We pulled up, still feeling a little uneasy from earlier, then we ordered and they were so friendly and helpful and they got us exactly what we needed. Then there was Tiffany. She was maybe the best thing that happened to us today. Tiffany brought our food quickly and happily. She was so cheerful, she was the sunshine we needed in our dark night. Our night was quickly made and we will never forget how amazing our experience was, thanks to Tiffany, our savior, thank you Tiffany.

I arrived at 1130 after leaving the fair. I found an empty stall, pushed the red button, and twice i heard the static come thru of it being answered but nobody spoke to me. 2 carhops came out multiple times and saw me but I couldn’t get them to come talk to me. At 1213 my daughter got the attention of the female car hop. She told me they had been closed for 15 minutes and I told her I’d been sitting in my stall since 1130. She said she was going to get her manager, went inside, and then they shut all the lights off. The employees stared at me thru the window but no manager ever came out. I understand they were busy, but to completely ignore me and then shut off the lights instead of coming outside is unacceptable. The least they could have done was give us a couple coupons for our next visit.

I ordered two orders of the large buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken combos, and received 1/4 the amount of sauce there should be. One of my orders was jumbo popcorn chicken, the other order was a few pieces of regular tiny popcorn chicken pieces and the rest were 100% breading as if they dumped the rest of the bag into the fryer and filled the bowl with crumbs. For $9.99 per bowl of popcorn chicken and to recieve crumbs is a slap in the face because we got 1 order of full size chicken so it’s not like we wouldn’t know how they’re supposed to look. It’s $.30 extra to have the chicken sauced, but you might as well just order them plain and get some free sauce packets so you actually have sauce to eat them with. I filed my complaint already online, and we’ll see if I receive a refund for the order of 4 regular size popcorn chicken and the rest bread crumbs.

they don’t make the food according to corporate standards nor do they listen to the customers request when placing order. on multiple occasions I have ordered a breakfast burrito and asked for no bacon however they don’t just continue to Play bacon they load EXTRA.

I have called corporate with no resolve I spoke to the store manager I spoke with the shift manager All thus far with no results.

This restaurant is conveniently located, and can be very busy during peak hours. Service is generally good, and food is usually delivered in a timely manner. There is no drive-thru at this location, contrary to what a recent post suggested.
