This restaurant is easily accessible from the highway. It is like all Sonic’s, with individual parking to place your order. It also has a drive thru window. They have a restroom in the building if needed. I tried the new Carmel crossant. It was delicious, but there were 4 tiny pieces. So I didn’t find that to be a good value.

I don’t recommend this Sonic. Cashier was wrong and refused to ring my coffee up for $1.82, had to drive all the way from Paris Road to Lake of the woods for no reason. Manager who claims he has been there since ’02 suggested that I go to the Lake of the woods location from now on since they do it right and on Paris they do not. That’s common sense. Not only that but the female cashier hung up on me. I suggest the manager finds a new career because you can’t possibly he happy working at Sonic for over 20 years and the female cashier should learn to place calls on hold like she lied and said she was trying to do instead of hanging up on customers. When you’re wrong you’re wrong. So I guess all the other Sonics are ringing up coffees for less than $2 but Paris location is the only ones who refuse to, just don’t want to. They made my boyfriend a oreo blast shake, it was awful. Just don’t go here, they’re trash.

Went after the lunch rush. Wasn’t busy. Took forever to get a burger. Can’t risk that again, being late back to work. Good place for drinks during happy hour.

Just ordered a meal, the order takers says 9 something, I will have it right out, ummm sir……..I was not finished ordering. Needless to say, another sonic, I will not be returning to.

Unable to run a fast food joint Less than 4 workers at the establishment mid summer day. Waiting 30 mins to get the chance to order. And waiting 1hr and 30 mins to get the food in the first place. Get better and more workers and fix the machines. Fast food shouldn’t be a 2 hr process

Burgers were cold and sloppy.. burger hanging halfway out the bun, waited almost 15minutes even though we were the only car on the lot. (One pulled up 5 minutes after and got their food first). 80% of the staff acts like it’s such an inconvenience to bring your food to you and are rude and just anti customer service.

This Sonic has really impressed me for the past few years I’ve lived nearby. Even late night snacks are incredibly fresh! The service day and night is always so friendly and helpful and the food comes out quick, too. Always good experiences every time!
