When I ask for light ice I mean light ice, not fill the cup up half way and add extra ice.. while not filling up the cup with my drink. When I asked for a dirty Dr.pepper I didn’t say I wanted only milk. When someone orders don’t talk over them because obviously it makes it confusing for you. Light ice means add less ice not more ice less drink. Go redo your modules. Also maybe have a better attitude.

Waiting over an hour for ice cold food isn’t great. They actually didn’t want to work in the snow…that or made it a game to see how mad they could get people. I had to yell out to the hop while he was giving another persons food where mine was and he brought it right out. If it was that easy to bring out why didn’t you? Ice cold too. Thats the last time I ever tip anyone before actually getting my meal.

Doesn’t matter if I’m in Missouri, Memphis or Nashville why do I always have to ask for marinara sauce when I order mozzarella sticks & it should come with them! Then they try and charge you extra for asking for 3 for an 8 pc & I always tip! Include 2 sauces, I would mind paying for extra!!

Corn-dog (not sure what his real name is) was so great. I haven’t had such a happy full of Energy and accommodating human take care of me at a fast food restaurant and probably over 10 years! So great! 10/10 employee!

Inexcusable. I preordered on the app. Should’ve been ready when I showed up. No other customers were there. I sat for 25 minutes. Finally I asked where my order was. They asked for my name like I wasn’t in plain view of the kitchen window. And I know for a fact I confirmed my stall number when I got there on the app. Apparently it was done 20 minutes ago. The burger was cold and the shake was melted. When I pointed this out they just said “ok” and went back inside to dance and goof off. Never go here.

Ordered about 10pm on a Saturday. They messed up my drink, my wifes brownie peppermint bark blast (no brownie in it) didnt give any napkins or offer any condiments. They also punched a little hole in my daughter’s freon blast

I ordered chick strips and fries husband ordered a BLT. Ugh I could not eat the Fries where so stale…..old….they was chewy. Chick was fried to long. Husband BLT was so much sauce on the lettuce he could not find the one piece of bacon.

Not happy that I ordered on a walk up kiosk and pressed the button. Several minutes later realized that the kiosk I went to was broken….the workers who walked by several times mentioned nothing about it being broken. I went to another kiosk and waited about 3 minutes before anyone answered.
It took AT LEAST 15 minutes before I got my medium Dr. Pepper with strawberries snd cream…left and realized I didn’t even get the cream I paid for in my drink.
