Opened the burger to find this disgusting, swampy load of crap and given ONE napkin which was used up immediately upon picking up the burger. Absolutely ridiculous to do this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Sonic on Commerce Drive, Jefferson City
I stopped by recently with coupons for 4 corn dogs for $2, and it turned into a much bigger ordeal than it should have been. Three different employees came out, and each time there was confusion about the deal. I’m not saying the two gentlemen who helped were bad at their jobs, but they weren’t really trying to understand what I was explaining. It should have been simple, and I know this firsthand because I worked at Sonic for 5 years myself.
That said, I do want to commend Jaiden for her excellent customer service. She was polite, patient, and truly did her best to make things right. She stood out in the whole situation.
I’ll admit that my family and I were stressed (low blood sugar and kids in the car don’t help), so we probably didn’t make the situation easier either. Still, I hope the staff can work on paying closer attention and taking a little extra time to listen carefully to customers. It makes a big difference.
With some improvements, I know this location can do better — and I appreciate Jaiden for being a bright spot in the visit.

The price was about what you’d pay at a sit down restaurant. The food quality and portions were considerably less
My durger was served cold. It took us 3 tries to order because the individual taking the order wasn’t paying attention. We had to finally ask him to just start over and listen.
My burger had more mayo that burger. The fries were hard as a brick and everything was cold.
Other than that, it was alright.

Hamburger was over cooked, tots were cold. Carhops need more training….the one that brought my order out, walked off without payment, I had to call her back as she was walking off. Then while eating had a different one come to my window trying to deliver a drink that went somewhere else.

This Sonic location is truly lucky to have Sheila! She is the heart and soul of this place, and I can honestly say it wouldn’t run half as smoothly without her. Sheila is always friendly, fast, and goes above and beyond to make sure every order is right. She remembers her regulars (yes, I come here daily!) and makes every visit feel personal. Her work ethic is unmatched and she absolutely deserves a raise no matter how much she is making now! I only keep coming back to this Sonic (and telling my friends to go to this location) because of Sheila—she’s that amazing. I hope this woman gets the recognition she deserves!

Had an attitude about correcting an order that they made wrong. I’ve had a few issues with this location for the same reason. The managers cell number is listed on the door.

Past two times in a row this location has forgotten whole menu items off my orders, as well as toppings and sauces. A few days ago I ordered 2 burgers and they only gave me one. Today I ordered a meal for me and my girlfriend, and they only gave one of the meals. Went all the way back to retrieve the forgotten meal and they only gave the entree. Once again left out an entire large mozzarella stick. Ridiculous.
