I went to get my husband a breakfast special scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and biscuit and gravy. To go. Looked like someone spit a green lugi on his eggs. He called them about it and the boss hung up on him. Taking the food to the health department Monday. Better not find out it was a green lugi cause he will sue. He’s 62 years old. He says a place like that doesn’t need to be open.

Waited over twenty minutes to get my extra long chili cheese coney and tater tots for them to give me a small conie and french fries…. then, to have them fix the order.But to have nothing to eat it with, like a fork… ultimate drink stop is right they should just stick to that and stay away from food

Absolutely horrible and I love my sonic but the workers there SUCK. I wait 10-15 minutes every time just for 2 drinks. I order an iced tea with peach and raspberry with NO ICE. And even after my extensively long wait the works still somehow manage to mess up my drink and pack it with ice. IM DONE PAYING FOR ICE!!!

Have not been back here in years. But I thought I would try it again. Don’t go back! It’s worse than before. Ordered on the Sonic app which was easy then when we arrived notified them we were there. It took 10min longer than the estimated time. When we got our bag it didn’t have my kids wacky pack, I asked and the car hop said it was in the bag. So I drove home opened to find that it was not in the bag. I called the store and asked about it. Talked to a woman don’t remember a name. She said they had it and I can come and get it. Call when we get there. She asked twice who the car hop was, didn’t know that. But at no point did she apologize to me about this problem. I drove back then called back and said I was here for the wacky pack. She said they are going to drop it in the grease to give hot food (which it was.) Then another car hop delivered our food a few minutes later. He asked if we needed anything else, then handed me a $1 off coupon. Again no apology. I understand mistakes happen, but in the hospitality industry an apology is a requirement. And own the problem, a $1 off coupon is not solving anything except guaranteeing I will never come back to this Sonic again! I reccomend none come here either! Just horrible service!

Don’t go if you’re in a rush. Online ordering is easily forgotten by car hops. Only order drinks and the wait has been 15+ minutes.
