This place has been, in my experience, adequate at best. On all counts, service, food quality or food even being correct in the first place. Tonight was no exception. Food was substandard, at best. Lukewarm and just dry. Freshness was not a big deal to them apparently. You could tell they had prepared something’s far ahead and didn’t even try to keep up with how long they kept the items “warming”. The service was minimal, one girl was running every order out and also going in and getting all the drinks ready too. Yet there were at least 4 other people inside working or at least there. And we did note that whoever took our order definitely wasn’t the young lady that brought it out to us. Probably a smart idea to maybe schedule more people to work on McDonald County home game nights, and probably another smart idea would be to have more people, who aren’t in high school, scheduled for those nights too. It also makes good sense to, as a manager, to be able to better position your staff, or even yourself, to maybe cover these times better. Just saying.

Burnt inedible chicken strips, paid extra for gravy that we never got. Call to complain and was hung up on.. Not the first time we have been there and not gotten all are order after waiting 30min. Worst Sonic around!

I left a star off for lack of room and as such a terrible staging system. Other than that, if your new, ask for help backing in. The slots are very narrow, so watch the tail swing in and out. There is ample head room though out in front of you know what your doing and set up right, to be almost in line with the hole before your trailer goes between tractors. The guys here are great and once your in a door you will be out pretty quick.

The drink was great. We ordered through the app and showed up a few minutes late and we still had to wait for at least 10 minutes. It came to my attention upon our wait that the timer was being cleared before our order was ready. We were 2 minutes into our wait when it said it was on the way but clearly wasn’t.

This is the second night we have showed up to sonic 10 mins after 10 and they have all the lights shut off. Tonight we went to sonic and there was a person outside smoking a cigarette and we sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes no one answered the headset and we had our window down and the person who was outside walked right past us and didn’t say a word to us and went inside and shut the drive through lights off.
