Seriously?! This is unacceptable. I get being busy, which yall were, but that doesn’t mean you start changing the processes on how things are made. This is a 1/3rd of a sausage patty, cheese only at the bottoms, and my egg was a thin flat patty. Before I unwrapped it, it was the size of a junior. I ordered a regular.

I’ll give it one star cause the lights were on. We just left there, after pressing the button, it said activated, nothing, so we waited, nothing, two cars in lot. Another pulled up, serviced immediately! This store needs a serious overhaul, the food and service both has went so far downhill, you’ll need a tow truck to pull it outta this ditch!

Went this morning ordered a bacon burrito. Got home it was grease filled and dripping in oil. Took it back to have them remake it. Yet again grease filled! That’s a big ole nope burrito! Who the heck wants a mouth full of grease?! Never again! You need to do better sonic!

This Sonic has become very low par. They never get the order right and on my last visit they were having to apologize to every car around me including me for getting something wrong. I’ve included a pic of what my footlong looked like when I got home. I only live 8 blocks away and it was cold. I will not go back….EVER

Had a long wait to place order. The guy was overly nice while taking my order. Even put in to send out 4 ketchups.
Then took an extremely long time to receive my food. Then as I was eating, I noticed there wasn’t any ketchup. Oh well no big deal. Then…. I pulled out my foot long Philly Cheesesteak and it looked like death warmed over (see pic). Nothing compared to the photos flashing on the menu board (see pic). I requested “Make it Spicy” per the menu options. Well…. no jalapeños or Baja sauce. Plus it definitely was NOT sizzling hot off the grill!!! Looks like Sonic has failed this marketing attempt.
