I got to be honest, I go to Sonic all the time for the vibes and the amazing Southwest queso wrap. Usually they are good but this time they were garbage. There wasn’t even any queso on it and the chicken strip was as big as my thumb.

Got our order messed up which was totally ok. We sent it back to be corrected, instead of making new they just took the stuff off the burgers and sent it back out. They denied doing it even though there was still cheese all over both burgers they didn’t get off.

Amazing food hot and fast friend had a chicken tender sandwich combo I had a double cheeseburger with tots . Bonus of two mints. Love their ice and sweet tea is amazing. Always fresh.

I was extremely surprised by my recent visit. Everyone that I spoke to was very courteous and accommodating. My order was read back to me as well as visually displayed. While waiting on my order, a gentleman stopped by with a tray and asked me if I would like any sauces and explained to me what the different sauces were. A couple of minutes later, a lady by the name of Jasmine stopped out to deliver my order, again confirming what I had ordered. All of the food that was brought to me was freshly cooked and nicely prepared. In no way was I expecting this to be at a fast food restaurant. I hope this is something that Sonic continues and that other fast food restaurants adopt.

I went here today. I ordered a dirty Dr. pepper. I received my order and took a sip and immediately spit it out. My dirty Dr. pepper was a Pepsi. I would just like to say that I am so disappointed and I will not be coming here again.

My fiance went to sonic to get us food and he ended up realizing he forgot bacon that I wanted so he ordered that. Just bacon alone took them over 10 minutes and that is what I got. Horrible. Expensive, took forever and the bacon doesn’t even look like bacon anymore.

Have never been so disappointed! BLT had only 3 HALF pieces of bacon, so my BLT was more of bread, L & T. Not to mention the strawberry lemonade tasted like dirty water w/a “touch” of strawberry that didn’t even taste like strawberry. Told the server that I don’t like it, who just looked at me and walked off & said have a good night. Also, she didn’t give me the correct change back (shorted me), but I let it go as she was young & it was obvious that she didn’t know how to assist customers. Will never return to this location. Absolutely horrible!

Fast order and everything was hot. I had an issue with my drink but your car hop Blake was quick to get it taken care of for me and he did very well on reading back the order and making sure I had everything I needed before I left. Great job sir!

Unique, was our order taker and also delivered our food to the car! She was very upbeat and had a great smile! The was very good and was still warm even with the weather a little chilly. I’ll stop by again when I’m in St Joe!
