Food was hot and fresh, the lady working did a great job. She was friendly, and nice. It was a nice day so I left my window down, I could hear her visit with what I assume were “regulars. ” She did a great job of customer service, I think he name was Sam. Funny how a few kind words and a smile can set you up for a good experience. Well done, would recommend this Sonic… which is saying a lot I feel like overall sonic customer service and food normally is not this good. This location is doing something right!

I come here quite often. Each time. This team gets my order right. Every time. I enjoy this location and I hope the other stores in the business can start looking to be like this store. And nothing seems to ever be thrown together. It’s handled with the knowledge that presentation is for the customer and the overall experience. It has many friendly people. Whoever was working 11/14, at 8pm. Thank you. This crew does it time and time again. There may be some new faces but at this hour, it still quality food and service. Thanks for taking the time to take care of your customers.

The service is pretty terrible lately. Drive-in particularly. It looks like they lost the one good manager they must have had. They are slooooow, unapologetic and seem to forget to even check mobile orders. The franchisee might just be a cheapskate because it took them two years to replace their busted sign.

Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to even place an order, then another 30 mins to get a few food items and two drinks.

My order was also assigned to the wrong stall and someone else’s order was assigned to my stall, which led to confusion and further delay to pay.

Then one of my food items was missing so they had to go back to get it. I also ordered a chili cheese wrap and when I got home it wound up being a cheesy baja wrap that I had zero interest in and went to the trash.

Horrible experience overall and I won’t be back.

Every single time I come here and get a blast, they barely put anything into the ice cream. Countless times I have paid for extra toppings and still there is just a few pieces on top and the entire cup is just vanilla ice cream. Each time I come here, I think it’ll hopefully be different. I’ll just have to stop going to this location all together. I’m disappointed every. single. time. Especially when I pay extra.

I ordered a number one with fries and its just a burger with two buns…one terrible little tomato and no lettuce. Also the pickles are basically non-existent. Won’t go there again.

I for the life of me can’t figure out, why every time I order a cherry limeade, I savor the delightful beverage, yet not a single cherry. Is this the results of inflation? Price cutting? Cherry are good. I look forward to the cherries. I would have to say, alot of people look forward to the beverage desert. Anyone from corporate read these things?

This has been our go to sonic for years, but no longer. It consistently takes this location 20+ minutes to deliver two soft drinks that have been mobile ordered in advance. The staff does not seem to realize that this is an issue, and offers no apology or any attempt to make the situation right. We will never return, and you probably shouldn’t either.

I used to come here often after work with my boyfriend BUT NOT ANYMORE. The last time we went they took an hour to give us our food and the girl running the food gave it to THE WRONG CAR! This most recent time, last night, we went again. Starving after a long day at work. And after an hour of waiting I decided to call them, they said they were working on it as fast as possible but no one was running food. The drive thru was backed up. I could see a girl and the manager barely moving, and after that they took another 20 minutes. Plus our food was cold, after 20 minutes of waiting at a fast food spot I just wanted a refund but if you mobile order you don’t get one after 5 minutes. I looked at their support and it said once it’s sent to the kitchen you’re screwed. Don’t go here, make them get a new staff or retrain the one they have

Took 20 minutes for a shake and they asked me and others what we ordered many times for some reason. When I finally got my shake it was covered in whipped cream and I had to wait for napkins to clean it off. The m&ms were not mixed all I had were a sprinkle on top
