The food I ordered was good and I enjoyed my meal. However there was only one guy doing everything. I couldn’t pay at the menu order screen (in a stall), with my card, so he had to go back inside to pay for the order. I also couldn’t tip either he said because I was paying by card which I thought kinda sucked because I wanted to tip him for doing all the work. Hopefully they can fix this problem soon.

Make sure to check your order before you leave. And I mean open the bag, the burger or hotdogs wrapper, then visually verify you have the correct food. Lived near this location for at least 5 years, visit it maybe 2 to 3 times a year and the order normally has something wrong with it. Employees are nice and the place is fairly clean but the order accuracy is 50/50.

Longest wait in drive through even tho business is slow
“Employees” will mess up your order everytime and not care one bit!
They will have you wait at the drive through speaker for 10-15 mins before you order
And make you wait another 15-20 at the window….

This sonics food is always decent, not the service which I can tell you right now it’s not because they are rude. I can tell you they get packed and over whelmed with customers with only one person in the front. I waited over an hour for my food and I also work in the food industry, I understood his feeling of frustration while he’s the only one in the front and there’s a never ending line. It feels as if your management team has failed you. Good job to the team on Wednesday late night and early hours. If they would’ve let me jump in to help. I would’ve in a heart beat.

20 minute wait for fries and mozzarella sticks & two drinks. Came out finally with the correct food but a different drink thinking we were door dashers – came back with the correct drinks and no straws, said he’d be right back and never came back.

THE MOST LAZY AND SLOW WORKERS EVER. Last time I went they gave me the complete wrong order after waiting almost 30 min. I was in a rush to leave and didn’t check my bag. This time I went and got a master blast and it’s all ice cream with a little bit of cookie dough and Reese’s on top.

Watched as one of four employees took a cigarette break close enough that i could smell it. Then had to wait a total of 30 minutes for a hotdog, pretzel bites and a drink while there were less than 10 cars the whole time and you undercooked the hotdog

Need to update to tap pay every time I come they say they don’t have it which is a bummer and once our order was taking forever so we left. But few times we’ve had it, it’s been alright like any other sonic. Not the best customer service though in this location.

Ordered 4 of the breakfast burritos. 2 where hot, 2 were ice cold. Potato’s ruined the taste as they were old and cooked in old oil. YUUUCH!!!! NEVER again.

I hate to be the one to write a bad review, but the service was truly UNACCEPTABLE. My ‘Car-Hop’s’ attitude was awful from the moment I placed my order. Not only did I try to be empathetic, but my empathy cost me to be overcharged on my meals, & the food wasn’t made correctly. With no food or service standards, im surprised this location is still open!
