There is a reason this place has poor reviews. My double cheeseburger came squished like someone literally stepped on it. The lettuce was just a chunk of the heart that people usually throw away. No care was given in the food preparation. We also waited for over 10 minutes to get our food when there was literally no one else parked or in the drive thru. The employee was nice, but this can by no means be considered “fast” food or good for that matter.

I never leave reviews for places… this is by far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order minutes away, and arrived, and all screens were down. It took 25 minutes to get my drink out and side out. And by that time it was all cold. Don’t waste your money or time.

This location has gone down the drain. They’re unable to keep track of simple orders. I ordered a corn dog and got a hamburger. And, the tater tots (they didn’t have onion rings) we’re stale. At least the soda was good.

I love Sonic and this is the closest one to me, sadly I will have to be ordering from the Kansas City, Kansas location, as this one is infuriating. Every single time I order Uber Eats from this location, they never fail to forget an item I order. It’s astonishing. I get if it happened once, people make mistakes. But every single time is ridiculous. It’s extremely aggravating when you’re craving something, only for you to open the bag and said item is not there. It’s also annoying when they try to replace it with something else, especially if it’s a main meal item like a burger or chicken. I don’t understand why this issue keeps happening, but it’s occured far too many times for me to ever eat here again, at least on Uber Eats. Disappointed.

I should have checked reviews first before coming here. I can get past them being out of ice cream and slushes but the hot dog combo I ordered had a refrigerator cold hot dog/bun/condiments and tater tots which were old refried soggy tots with about 3 tablespoons of oil in the holder which leaked through the bag and all over my car. Worst Sonic experience after trying Sonics all over the US. Fail on quality control and execution. Plus an almost 10 min wait to get substandard food.

Bruh, only making a review because others post similar things; but my significant other ordered sonic burrito and it looked like someone hulk smashed it into the bag. She asked for extra jalapeños and they simply made a burrito that was only filled with jalapeños and literally nothing else.

This place Is horrible. We was the only car in the entire parking lot and drive thru. Waited 7 minutes to be told hold on I’ll take your order in minute extremely hateful because they could hear us say are they closed? Needless to say we left. I don’t want anyone making my food/drinks that’s too lazy to take our order. As we drove out of the completely empty store I could see 4 people just a talking away with out a care in the world. Hell just don’t serve customers and get paid to hang out all day. Exactly why there’s so many issues with fast food restaurants!
