It took 20 minutes to get drinks, and they forgot two of them! We had to wait for a server to walk by because the app pick up sections don’t have buttons. They don’t even have the Unicorn horn straws for the Unicorn Dream Slush! At that point it is just a Boba Slush! Get better.

I ordered chili cheese footlong Coney and the hot dog was way overcooked. The onion rings were burnt on one side like they had been in the warmer too long. Every time I order from here I’m disappointed in the food.

Ordered a Burger and fry meal. Got 2 of the high price burgers and both was chopped for a baby to eat. When I called, they said they were aware and they came in from the vendor like that. No need to let the customer know they getting minced meat on a sandwich. The burgers are about $5 per and the look like the picture below. Just wow.

Waited for over 30 minutes for a water and two Dr. Peppers…the people next to us also got drinks and were here before, got theirs after we’ve been waiting 20 minutes, and got the wrong drinks and had to wait another 10 for the right ones. Than better be the best soda I have ever drank for this wait.

Check your food before you leave. The people in the kitchen can’t read. My burger came out opposite of how I ordered it. Receipt was right, food was way off.

Waitress got mad at me because the app crashed and I had to call the store to let them know I was there to pickup my order. Like it was my fault I made a phone call or the app crashed.
