We waited 30 minutes for our order and nothing. I pressed the button to see what was the hold up they said our order wasn’t ready but they would let us know. We ultimately had to just leave because we couldn’t wait any longer

I waited for 10 minutes before someone answered the stall button. It was pouring rain so I stayed. Eventually they got me my order and brought me a cold burger and cold tots. I didn’t even bother complaining, I just left. There is one job to be done right here, make some hot food and deliver it to my vehicle and they failed.

Always a long wait, even for orders placed ahead. Food is frequently overcooked, undercooked, or cold from setting out on the counter while nobody brings it to the car. Their new fries are terrible. The worst Sonic in this area.

Ordered a chicken slider meal. When I opened to eat sandwich the chicken was extremely over cooked tasted like rubber. Not happy at all. Had to put a lot more mayo to cover up taste

Ordered the super sonic breakfast burrito what a joke on the toppings sausage on both mine and my wife’s was pitiful was 3 little pieces on mine and 4 on my wife’s. Maybe five or six onions what a joke low enough it’s a scam in my opinion definitely done getting any food from sonic again. For what you charge it should look like the picture and be stuffed I’ll go to the small cafe cheaper and better!

I got really bad food poisoning from a strawberry shake back in February. Hadn’t eaten there since.
Finally decided to go back today. If you order online after 7pm you get a discount on shakes, if you order ONLINE.
However, it wouldn’t allow us to place our order online. We went anyway, hoping to explain the situation and have them manually apply the discount for us. When my wife was explaining the situation, the manager talked over her saying there was “nothing they could do” about it.
Maybe the shakes are just cursed? Or maybe they need better management.
