If you for one second have to guess to determine if you should give the food to the customer or not then you probably shouldn’t. This is the reason why tips shouldn’t be added until after the service otherwise you’ll end up tipping for bad service. The food quality today was at the bare minimum if that! French toast sticks definitely don’t look like the advertisement.

I placed an online pickup order. Once delivered to my car I noticed I ordered a drink incorrectly. Orion kindly offered to remake the drink, while I offered to pay he insisted it was important I go what I wanted. He is friendly, kind and you are lucky to have him on your team!

It’s Sonic and it’s fast food but I’ll say this, today as I pulled into the parking lot I was expecting to be let down. Sonic is always slow and understaffed. Today however I was proven wrong. Pulled up, ordered immediately, went to the window. Another vehicle was in front of me and I still got my food in just a couple minutes. It was hot. Whether or not they work at that pace all the time I don’t know but they did me right today.

We stopped by here on our way to home from a bike ride to John Dyke All Inclusive playground that is located close to Legacy Park. The staff who serve us was very friendly and accommodated all our request with a smile. Food is good, and they make our daughter happy because of the Poppy finger toy included in their kids meal. So, it is a good experience.

This Sonic is usually run very efficiently where they do the very best to get you through the drive-thru as quickly as possible, but most sonics focus on the drive-thru first and then the stalls second… It’s really no different at any of them.
Food is usually prepared very well, but sometimes the portion size leaves a lot to be desired cuz you would think with a rising price you get the same amount as in the past.
I will say that the new special for $6 smashburger with fries or tots and a drink an awesome deal.

We sat in the drive through for 6 minutes and it didn’t move it all so we pulled back and went to a stall. We waited 11 minutes without anyone ever even answering the red button. When they answered, all we asked for was a small slushie for our kid, nothing else. After 14 minutes of waiting and it never coming out, we simply left.

New Management and staff don’t know how to make a Strawberry Limeade. All they gave us was a sprite with some strawberry seeds in it…..Wth….So unfortunate. Asked them to remake it and they gave us the same thing.
Got the new popping bubbles drink. Why do they not give you a big enough straw for the bubbles they are advertising….

Jaycee was amazing. Didn’t appreciate the male voice calling her buttercup though. My burger tasted and looked like it was warmed up on the fryer. No way to get that crispy on the edges and be dry. My tots were cold and obviously double dipped. Totally hard with grease in the middle. Very disappointed in the quality while still having to wait 18 minutes after I ordered.
