You wouldn’t think it could be possible to mess up a medium fry, ketchup please, and a Route 66 cherry limeade. The fries were dried out and crunchy, like chewing a salty stick. No ketchup. The Route 66 was all ice with some cherry limeade drizzled over it.

An employee who was visibly ill with flu and sweating delivered me my food and after talking to them they told me that they were forced to come in or they would have faced termination and also informed me that the GM, Jessica, had been caught drinking Pink Whitney while working on multiple occasions. I highly do not recommend eating here till she faces some sort of accountability

Received onion rings, mozzarella sticks + ranch and a plain blast with Oreos sprinkled on top and tasted weird like yogurt starting to go bad. Won’t be returning because every time I come here something is wrong or bad quality.

Major saver cards are not honored by what the card says at Buckner sonic. Last Friday we went there to purchase some food. We wanted to use our grandchild’s fundraiser major saver cards before they expire. On the card it clearly says “buy one sandwich get one free.” When trying to order we were told by a very sarcastic employee that only the single cheeseburger could be used for the buy one get one free on the card. This clearly does not specify what card says and in the past they always honored what the card stated. Wife called the corporate office and spoke with a lady possibly from India and she offered no help at all. We left without ordering anything, and will not be going to this sonic again.

The lady that took my order talked so fast that I could not understand her! She has done this several times to me and it makes me feel like I am inconveniencing her! Very rude! I know other people are discouraged too because they have commented on the Buckner page about her. Someone needs to give her some lessons in customer service!

Staff is very friendly, although the cook made a simple mistake this morning. He forgot to add the sausage to my sausage, egg and cheese. Breakfast burrito. Simple mistake in my eyes and no harm no foul. My biggest concern is I have stopped at this location many times and almost every time the cashier has had trouble with the card reader at the drive-through window. Today the cashier had to take my debit card out to one of the stalls to complete the transaction. In today’s world where there is a lot of personal information theft (not accusing anyone at this location of doing that), but I find it unprofessional, improper by and insecure doing that. I call on the ownership of this location to invest some money into repairing or updating their system to avoid this issue in the future.

Just picked up a BLT and a Grilled cheese for my child. BLT had one crumbled piece of burnt bacon. My daughters grilled cheese was burnt so they flipped the bread where the uncooked part was on the outside and the burnt part was the inside. This Sonic needs shutdown it terrible and the whole town hates it.

We didn’t mind the long wait time because it was after lunch on a Sunday and assumed our meals were being prepared fresh. The only thing fresh and hot were the pver-cooked kids chicken tenders. Everything else – burger, fries, tots, was barely luke warm. I’m guessing they bagged the meals then dropped the chicken. The order was correct and the service was friendly, but this is the second time we’ve received food that barely warm.
