Unfortunately this sonic is right beside my house but every time I go there I’m there for about 30 min or more and it’s a crazy long time before I’m even acknowledged. I’m not even ordering food usually, I’m ordering shakes or sometimes just a bag of ice. I thought that maybe the service was just faster if you pull into one of the stalls instead of the drive-through but last night I came at about 8 to 815 and they never even took my order. I thought maybe there was not enough employees there and was trying to give them grace but there were three people working and they all were just standing around talking, and only two vehicles there, one in the drive thru and one in another stall. I waited so long after pushing the button that they turned the speaker on and you could hear teenagers yelling and being wild, but they never asked me for my order, then my button was not red anymore so I had to I push the button again and again I sat for several more minutes and even considered pulling around and trying the drive thru. But as we were pulling out they just dismissed the button we pushed again and still never asked for my order or spoke to us at all. They looked relieved that I was leaving. I decided to just give up on this location. They clearly don’t have an interest in serving people. It was actually quite shocking. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else. I can see being busy, or short handed, but I can’t see having to push the button twice and not even being acknowledged when there were at least three people working and only three vehicles there. I will gladly take my business to the independence location where they act like they want to have customers.

Waited 20 minutes to even order but never got the chance! Server came out and tried to give us someone else’s order (pretty sure they left like everyone else was). Waited another 5 minutes and still did not come bavk after she said she would. Thanks for ruining a 7 year old girls day who was having a bad time and just needed a cheer up. We went to Taco Bell and were able to order, pay and get in and out in under 5 minutes and not miss our appointment.

Waited 20 minutes for our food despite ordering ahead on the app to give them time to make it. Looked like they only had one person working the entire store. After waiting so long, got the food which was cold, missing several items, and the items we did get were wrong as well. The poor lady having to work by herself was super nice but other than that, the place is run down looking, slow, and low quality. For as high as the prices are, you’re better off going to a sit down restaurant where they can make hot food in less time for the same price and probably not mess it up.

I’m not one to usually post bad reviews. Especially when this Sonic has been pretty good to me. Up until recently that is. This is not the second but the third time I sit in one of the stalls pushing the red button while watching one of the staff members walk throughout the building, I push it again and no answer. I’m not sure what’s going on lately. It seems like the same girl towards the end of the night. She sits there just watching cars come in to try and order and doesn’t even speak over the intercom. She’s causing business to just drive away

Made a mobile order and pulled in the spot to confirm we were there for pickup. My order said it would only take about 5 minutes.. ended up taking around 20. I’m pretty patient so no big deal… when the lady came to drop off my food she was unbelievably pleasant and upbeat and kind and I asked her if she was the only one working and she said yes.. i was shocked. Sure the food took longer than the app quoted but the fact she was running the show alone and my food was PIPING hot.. i have nothing but good things to say, and i really hope she is making the money she deserves.

I keep seeing this location advertised by ms. Brown as “new and improved” over the old management – i hope she is not a believer in a higher power because she will be frowned upon with this lying statement – i just came up there to the patio on my bicycle just wanting to order a drink, and I pressed the button several times, only to be looked at through the window by the 3 employees who were “working” – at this point I went next door to Pancho’s where I was promptly served. how ridiculous is it to advertise yourself to the community as new and improved when you are all too lazy to even take an order now? Shameful. At least the old crew that was being overworked had some common courtesy. Do better.

Went there tonight at 9pm. Ordered a Turtle Truffle Nut Sonic Blast. I am sorry but a sonic blast is not made by filling the cup with ice cream and sprinkling some topping on top. I have ordered this exact blast from this location many times before and this by far is the absolute worst one. Never again, I heard they were under new management so was willing to try them again, NOPE

The app wasn’t letting me update my card information, so I went through the drive thru so they would hopefully apply it manually. However the guy tells me he called his GM and his GM said no. For 3 half priced drinks. This location is a real let down even with “new management.” Simple customer service goes a long way when their App wasn’t working properly.

Awful…
Slow, very slow. Took 15 minutes to get 2 sodas and when they arrived they were not marked and they didn’t know which was which. The place wasn’t even busy. The crew was just busy talking. Do kit recommended this Sonic, I mean most are not great, but this one is awful.
