Doniphan Sonic has gone so far down hill. It’s shocking. Jumbo popcorn Chicken with almost no chicken at all. Mostly just inedible crunchy batter. And the grease on the tots was unreal!

20+ minutes to get 2 cheeseburger kids meals, quarter pound double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. Tator tots ice cold. Double was not the small patties and soaked in ketchup and mustard. Cheeseburgers were regular hamburgers. They just put cold cheese on the same burgers and didn’t melt. Horrible Sonic. Not to mention rotten wilted black and brown lettuce. Close down please

Disclaimer, this is not in regards to the employees working there, they do their best, and it’s not their fault, however if you want to have a slush or ice cream, most of the time they’re slushy machines and ice cream machines are down. Also their speakers don’t work very good and most of the time they can’t hear you, they’re always saying “what”, so you have to yell into the speaker. I feel like each time I get the same slushy it’s a little bit different, although I enjoy it just as much, I wish there was some consistency with how much they put in each time.

They have changed there pickles, I dont like them. At evening time as sun goes down I have pulled in there twice asked for homemade onion rings they told me they didnt get the orders in on truck, so I know someone and they were not happy about it because they had onions and they just didnt want to make them. Always check your orders when they come to you I have had several orders that was not mine it was someone else’s. They have wonderful deserts.

They forgot 2 of our burgers. Then when we tried to explain that they forgot them and what they were, they acted completely incompetent and tried to say we were lying. Sent 2 different girls out to check our receipt jus to find out they messed up. Terrible customer service.

I ordered ahead of time for both me and my boyfriend at his house which is about 6-7 miles away. We get there and the board says the “carhop” is on its way. We waited whole other 20 minutes before we got our food which is very ridiculous. We get back home to eat and I noticed that both of our burgers were so SMASHED inside the bag just to make room for the 2 orders of tots. I paid extra on our double bacon cheeseburgers and min didn’t come with the bacon so I basically got jipped. And the BIG cherry on top was that there was a freaking hair literally wrapped around on of my tater tots. That is completely disgusting and not acceptable. All I can say is get a better handle on your workers and do ALOT better. Also my burger very very cold which could have been a health hazard with it been sitting at a dangerous temperature to allow bacteria the grow
