I have visited this location several times, and the employees are always friendly and polite. The food quality, however, can be inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times lacking in freshness. Considering the prices, I feel the food quality should be more reliable and consistent.
During my last visit about a month ago, I placed a mobile order through the app for a large, sweet tea. I arrived approximately two minutes after placing the order and checked in through the app. After waiting about 15 minutes, the screen showed that my order was complete and that someone was on their way to deliver it, but no one came. After waiting an additional five minutes, I pressed the red button to ask about my order. The employee who answered apologized and said someone would bring it out shortly. It took another 10 minutes before a young employee finally brought my drink.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I’ve had several experiences at this location where app orders take 30 minutes or more after arrival. If I hadn’t already paid, I likely would have left and gone elsewhere, but getting a refund through the app is often a hassle, so I waited.
I haven’t been back since that visit, so service quality may have improved, but my previous experiences have made me hesitant to return.

It was late, so we hit the drive-through. They weren’t busy at all. We were a bit disappointed that they were out of chili, and they do NOT offer a military discount. We ordered about $45 worth of food. I’m not sure how long it took because i didn’t actually get a receipt. It did take a little longer than normal. The 6″ hot dog that we got was cold… the meat, the bread, even the packaging was cold. We had to circle back through to get my son something different. We traded it out for a burger. All the rest of the food was hot and delicious.

Ordered on the app. Put stall 25 in then a few minutes later it said Order on the way. Over 5 minutes later had ask . Where was my order at. I guess they give it to someone else. Are just missed up. But I come through here about every day. But now I don’t plan on stopping here anymore. My cheese sticks wasn’t even cooked all the way.

The workers are kind and willing to help when a customer may have questions, needs, or concerns. The only problem I have is the lack of trash cans; there used to be three on the lot and now there are none.
