The most horrific customer service. The worker opened the door with an angry look and said “Can I help you?” I told him I was here for a pickup, which I had already said at the order box. He continues to talk down to me as if it’s my fault for being at the drive through window. Took 30 minutes to get one drink ordered, absolutely unacceptable. You would have better luck getting your order on time if you went to a Sonic two hours from you. Genuine disgust in the way the man at the window treats people.

Ordered two Sonic Blasts and neither had the toppings mixed in. Both also had a small amount of toppings that didn’t provide a normal ratio of ice cream to topping. The toppings shown in the image I have attached were the only toppings provided on a medium blast.

I went through the drive through. Young man was very polite and my order was correct. The reason I gave the food a 2 star is that my chicken sandwich was burnt and there was almost no lettuce on it. The hamburger was almost burnt also.

I ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it extra tomato and ketchup. When I opened my buger there was no onions and no extra tomatoes. I called to let them know and the man I talked to argued with me and said he put onions on it himself. He said there were diced onions mixed in the ketchup. I know there wasn’t a single onion on my burger because I opened it and looked. He still kept arguing with me. I will not go back to sonic anymore. He was not helpful at all and didn’t even offer to give me a side of onion to put on it. I spent 10.98 on this order. This was at 10:12 am on 05/19/23. I do NOT recommend eating at this facility.

Worst fast food service ever, order wasn’t even close to what we were supposed to get. Kids meal didn’t get the drink with it and two combo meals we ordered didn’t come with the tots One adult combo was a # 1 cheese burger that’s was kids hamburger with nothing on it. Foot long chili dog was like a piece of leather, this place needs some supervision. Wasted $26.12!
