Absolutely terrible. Who puts slice cheese on a chilliy cheese dog, burger was overcooked and dry, the jalapeño cheese bites were overcooked to the point the cheese and jalapeño. We’re tough to chew. Wait time was terrible. I regret spending any money at this location and will never come back. I would have asked for a full refund and went somewhere else if I was not pressed for time.

This is just absolutely ridiculous. I come here to get a shake with extra Oreo and this is what I get and her attitude taking my order wasn’t very pleasant. It pisses me off to see this when someone asks for extra and they pay for it you should give it to them I don’t think my friend should have had to pay for this meal at all with how it was extra was barley enough

Came at lunch and they were pretty busy. Placed the order for a Sonic Burger, Fish Sandwich and Totor Tots. Took less than 10 minutes for the food to come out. Everything was nice and hot. Our server Taylor was super sweet and very pleasant . Sonic has the BEST tator tots hands down.

BEWARE – If you order ahead on the app and their blast machine is down, (seems to happen a lot recently) they wont tell you to get your refund from the app. They will attempt to exchange it for something else, (which costs less) and if you ask to take it off the bill they will tell you “ok”. But they wont tell you how to get your refund! They will just keep your money. Sound like stealing?? Does to me….

It was awful! We had to scream into the intercom because the lady said ours was broken. Okay… She had an attitude about it though!!! NOT NECESSARY!
We had to press the button twice to even get attention! The time it took for us to get in and out would’ve been enough to stop at every single other fast food place in Washington. The guy who got here 7 minutes after us got his food 20 minutes before us! RIDICULOUS!

This place is honestly ridiculous, I have came here at least 5 times and every single time the wait time is terrible(30-60 mins) and the food gets messed up, the workers are also very ignorant at times. Will not be coming back.

The employees here are helpful and treat customers with respect. We dropped our shake in the car and they gave us extra napkins, water to clean up, and a new shake we were more than grateful for there amazing service.
