Ordered a chicken wrap and received this. Tortilla was completly dried out and falling apart. Lettuce was also dried out. Chicken was barely there.

So the guy who works there ask if I paid for my food, I already have paid my food through the station, I don’t why he would ask that question. He was doing something innapropriate when I came through the drive thru to order my food. I will not be coming back here again.

We don’t eat at Sonic usually, but wanted something different so we gave it a shot. Service was good and the people were friendly, but the pros stop there.
Opened my sandwich and it looks like half a chicken breast? I mean literally half. Typically the meat of a sandwich would be as large around or even larger around than the bun itself. Not at Sonic I take it? My wife’s sandwich was the same. I mean for a $7 sandwich I feel like it should be better. Does it look like a $7 sandwich to you?
Total bill came out to $70, nearly double what we would normally pay. Not planning on going back to Sonic again.
edit: I reached out to Sonic hoping they would make it right. After several emails, I was offered a “free cheeseburger with purchase” if I created a Sonic account. Not an enticing offer, and definitely doesn’t make me feel whole. Had they offered to replace my $7 chicken sandwich (or even the half that I didn’t get), I would give it a try, but no thanks.

I saw several bad reviews based on service times so I almost skipped but I really wanted those onion rings. I got a combo meal in 4 1/2 minutes. No complaints with the burger either

Bad. Just had. Asked for a large combo got a medium, fries was cold, burger lukewarm, second time had issues here, from 2 previous trips to this sonic location. Will not be returning

I ordered 2 drinks and a pretzel stick and waited 20-25 minutes. The pretzel was cold and they seemed very disorganized. I watched them take drive thru orders and get them gone in under 5 minutes while I sat and waited 20 just on drinks.

I waited 30 minutes for a medium drink I can ultimately make at the gas station. The last few visits have been 10-20 minute wait for drinks but tonight was one of the longest at 30. I will start making it at home it’s not worth the wait for a soda, I can’t imagine how much longer I would’ve waiting if I ever got food items there.

food is as it should be, although I ordered at 11:20 pm, 40 mins before close, I didn’t expect there to be shirtless kids running around and touching the prep area? Not sure if they were the lady’s children or what. I just don’t find that very sanitary. Not to mention I waited 14 mins at the screen until I pulled back through and someone decided to take my order. I understand it’s rough on closing shifts as I am in food service, but this was ridiculous.

This is the worst Sonic in America. There was 4 of us. We ordered 4 sonic blasts. After 25 minutes we started watching the employees inside. 1 person was wandering around doing absolutely nothing for 10 minutes. At one point, she walked outside, looked at a car, then proceeded to walk back inside and wander around like Joe Biden and a Rumba vacuum.
Another person was walking around just getting drinks at the fountain. One worker claimed over the speaker that they were super busy and that our 4 blasts should be out soon. They weren’t that busy. And even if they were busy, watching two people walk around and do nothing didn’t help.
We had already been there for 25 minutes and watched others come and go due to the terrible service.
We left. They had not even started our order yet. How this location stays in business is a mystery to me.
I wish I could give them -5 stars.
