Don’t waste your money here folks. This location needs to focus on serving fresh food. Our whole order was a disappointment. We ordered 2 smash burger combos and two Jr double cheese burgers. I pictured one of the ” double burgers” both were served the same way… as you see its not a double and its missing the cheese. The patty was harder than a hockey puck and inedible unless you want to risk getting sick. Id beat money that the patty was made 6 hours before they served it. Thats shameful. Our fries and tots for the combos weren’t fresh and the burgers lacked condiments. After taking a look at other reviews its clear this location has issues, we’ll never return.

Went here to eat with friends. One friend dropped the shake they just ordered, on property, and kindly asked if they could replace it. They refused and said he’d have to pay again for another shake. While doing so he ordered a medium cheddar popper side and ended up getting shorted 2 poppers. I work in F&B management and can tell you that you won’t find real customer service here or quality assurance of your food.

The blonde girl with the hair bun needs to be let go ASAP. I was patiently waiting in the drive thru line and she was standing at someone’s car laughing and making incoherent remarks at me from across the parking lot. Literally standing there doing nothing when she should have been taking my payment or inside helping get the food out. Horrible experience!

Ordering at the drive thru. Told it was gonna be a 10-15 min wait. Not a big deal it’s Friday night I figured there would be a wait. After I ordered I asked if he could please make sure the cherry’s are in my cherry limeade’s. He replied by saying “I will do my best”. What kind of service is that? He should definitely make sure and reply with a better answer than that.
When you spend almost 40$ for a family of 3 asking for cherry’s in your drink (which already comes in it) shouldn’t be that big of problem. Oh but it is! Almost every time I order and get home to find NO CHERRY’S is ridiculous. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal to some but to the one paying it is. And if it isn’t such a big deal then why not just put the cherry’s in your drink that comes with the drink

Check my starving daughter there for lunch. Nicest thing to say would be that they were open for business. My 11 year old ate 1 mozzarella stick, 1 chicken strip and took one sip of her soda and said she was sorry for picking sonic. My food, popcorn chicken (mostly breading and tasted reheated) corn dog (good for a corndog) and tater tots, very salty…along with my “coke” (strangest fountain coke I have had) resulted my my daughter apologizing to me for picking Sonic. $20 gone, and 2 hungry people left over. Very disappointed.

Frito chili pie was made to perfection along with the rest of our order. We had Connor twice and he was super personable and friendly! Both the food and friendly service were a nice surprise!

This is how I received my burger that I opened immediately.
Really sick of the sloppyness. all of the toppings were placed directly in the center of the burger allowing the runny BBQ sauce to run right out.
I could have easily spent my money elsewhere. for $9 plus tip I could have got a pack of hamburger meat and buns and made burgers for several people that were not complete piles of soggy sh!t.
this is not the first time but it is the last.
tater tots always taste stale or cooked in fish Grease.
ps: Root beer was also messed up.

This is not a place to go if you need a quick meal. Be prepared to wait 25 minutes. The employee will be nice and apologize for the wait when they finally deliver the food.
