Ordered a Hot Fudge Oreo Shake. This is what I got. I pushed the button and told them that there didn’t look to be very much hot fudge or Oreo in my large shake. They said that that wasn’t true that they just made it I told them that it looked nothing like the photo. They proceeded to argue with me so I requested a refund. I sat and waited 10+ mins and pushed the button again. They came on again and I said I am checking on my refund and they proceeded to say that I would have to wait. I told them I had been waiting. Made me wait another 5+ mins. I hit the button again and they finally came out with my refund as I handed her the shake back she said they had to take everything back including the ice water that I paid for. So after spending 30+ minutes. I couldn’t even get a water or an apology. Worst customer service experience.

Burger looks like someone took a bite out of it, bun falling apart, the carhop literally took their time waddling over to us with a pissed off look and was rude handing the bag over, and I asked for signature sauce through the app yet got a bag filled with ketchup and no signature sauce, thats not really a big deal though compared to the rest lmao. Love the fries being old and cold too love to see it

Sandwich BLT were cold and not cut in half for eating properly. Pd and left. For $17. You would think a Blt would at least be warm

The speakers are always broken, some you can’t pay with a card some you can. The wait has gotten ridiculous and they cannot hear you on the speakers. I placed an order and it was wrong twice after the second time of asking I just left with what I had. I should add i tried to order off the app to avoid the issues and it was down so that was the beginning of this transaction.

I arrived at 5 pm to order 8 chilli cheese coneys. I was told the coneys were frozen and it would be 30 minutes to a hour before they could be thawed and cooked. I waited outside at a Keos. They first said they would preorder my order. Then after I waited for my order I made contact again to make sure they were preparing a order the 6 inch chilli cheese coneys . They then advised me that they were out of 6 inch coneys.
I feel I was mislead in the beginning of my order. All they had to say was that was our of 6 inch coneys. Instead they said it would be 30 minutes to a hour to discourage me. What if I had left and came back in a hour to order my 8 cheese coneys.
I don’t like to be mislead. I could handle we are out. It will be awhile before I’m back.

I’ve been to Sonic in Anna twice this week. I got the Loaded queso fries both times and that’s all. 1st time was about 9am fries had to be from the day before hard as a rock and cold NO cheese. 2nd time today ordered the same thing they were soaked n grease so soggy again NO cheese Disgusting!!! I didn’t have time to go back. Do better Sonic!!!
