The service is Awesome! The food is okay. The burger was warm, but the fries weren’t so good. They sort of tasted like old fries so I only ate like three of them and the rest went in the trash.

Order taker was rude. The girl who brought our order was nice. They said there was a 10 minute wait and we agreed that that was okay only to get melted milkshakes not even full to the top. One of the shakes had a hole in the bottom when swapped out they just gave me the same shake… Which was melted. Horrible sonic experience. The only reason there was 2 stars given was because of the girl running around. Almost 4 dollars each for a melted shake not even all the way filled. A joke.

Of the items that I received and paid extra for, I didn’t receive ANY of the extra toppings that should have been on my food. I will be calling to talk to a manager as soon as I leave this review. I will be editing this review afterward to let you know how the phone call goes. I really do hope I have someone competent because this food is mediocrity at its best.
UPDATE:
I called the store and was helped immediately. The manager on duty was very nice and they made my sandwich right the second time. I’m glad they owned up to their mistake and fixed it quickly.

(T.W chewed up food) There was a super long piece of hair in food, called back and they did compensate me for the next time i come back but that hair ruined the whole meal and made me lose my appetite.

Standard drive-thru experience. I just wonder why can’t I just get lite ice in a route 44 drink? Between the fruit in my strawberry limeade drink and the ice I end up with a small amount of drink… definetly not 44 ounces!

Went to Sonic around 4:00, MAY 9TH ordered Smash burger, onion rings and soda, live 3 blocks away, everything was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for quite awhile. But the big issue is WAS , after I ate half the cold burger, something was in it, that STUCK in my throat and my throat was bleeding. Finally got it out and called my doctor and he said if it stopped bleeding, just watch it. Still have a sore throat, but better this morning. WILL NOT EVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN. TRYIED TO CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE, BUT THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE.

Food came out as ordered and was fast. Friendly staff, so much so that I received an Easter egg in my blast that I ordered…definitely threw me off as I wasn’t expecting something hard in my cup of ice cream, but gave me a good laugh for the day so thanks for the full belly and good laugh.

Always very pleased with the food but not today.was there close to 2pm ordered Big smash Burger. Fries and soda. Picked up at window service was fast , about 4 minuets. Got up by Enos 3 minutes away got food out fries cold smash burger was really beat up and old on the bun, it actually looked liked like leftover food that was not picked up from lunch. Was very disappointed with it all.

Fast service, poor food quality. Hard, burnt hotdog. You knew that was garbage before you even put it in the bun.
