Not finding hair in the food is the bare minimum, and you couldn’t even give me that. There’s only one Sonic in the area and so we have to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes to go home. I discovered this lovely gift after getting home. Thanks Sonic. I don’t understand how the workers get paid above minimum wage AND make tips and this is what we’re getting? Waste of my time and money, which means a lot in this day and age. Also the wait is usually quite long which isn’t a problem but that’s an issue for some.

Prices are high like everywhere else, $39 for 2 meals with 2 shakes as the drinks, also a sm order of mozz sticks. The shakes are really good, but the calories are insane. Service is kinda slow at times. The location is conveniently placed in a great spot. Only complaint, all the trash cans outside were overflowing, and trash was on the ground all around them.

We have never had a bad experience. Prices are higher for fast food but honestly everywhere is getting more expensive so it’s expected. Always had good service here, food is good and fast and accurate. Staff always friendly and helpful. And of course the drinks are always good!!

First, you can’t use gift cards on their app apparently. Second, the stalls are so close it’s impossible to get out. They sacrificed safety and access for customers and employees alike to shove in an extra spot. Third, they don’t give you all the food you order, consistently, and what they give you is either burnt or undercooked. Tonight, we ordered two 5 piece chicken and one 3 piece chicken. Only 1 had an onion ring and that one had a piece of chicken that looked like it was torn apart. One of the 5 pieces had a piece of chicken so small it looks like two tater tots rather than a piece of chicken. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money! The one thing they get right is the drinks and corn dogs. Anything else is a gamble at best.

Normally the Pekin one is pretty good. If you get there when the right people are working. Late night service needs help. 45 minutes for my order of a burger, chili cheese tots, and a drink. While other cars got larger orders before I got mine. The kid would stand there talking to his friends in the cars while playing with his hair. Complaining loudly about having to come in to work instead of playing a game online.

Waited nearly my entire lunch break (an hour!) for two pathetic, dried out, and extremely tough chicken wraps. Multiple people were answered next to us. We pushed the button multiple times, and it timed out each time due to wait.
Used to love Sonic, but I’m going to spend my money elsewhere instead of this location from now on.

I didn’t realize Sonic was open 24 hours until today. So I came here around 1:30AM for a meal, and man, was I treated right. The order taker/server in the drive-thru was very friendly and polite. The food was still piping hot even after the 15 minute drive home and everything had great flavor. The only reason I gave the food a 4/5 is because the bottom bun of my burger was a little soggy on the edges but that’s kind of a given since the burger is SO juicy we will definitely be coming back. Props to the Sonic employees

I went to the location in Pekin Illinois, where a gentleman was single handedly managing the restaurant by himself with remarkable service. My friend and I accidentally spilled a drink and the gentleman gave us towels to clean up and even gave a refill on said drink free of charge. Amazing worker, I wish more people would have the same level of respect and care when working. Sadly I forgot to ask for a name so they can’t be praised directly, but I feel like it still goes without saying that they’re doing an amazing job. 6* / 5* 🙂

This location is terrible, It’s always slow. Last time we wasted 30 mins waiting in line for drinks and when we got to the window they didn’t even know what our order was. All stalls were closed DT only and slush machine was down.
