First, you can’t use gift cards on their app apparently. Second, the stalls are so close it’s impossible to get out. They sacrificed safety and access for customers and employees alike to shove in an extra spot. Third, they don’t give you all the food you order, consistently, and what they give you is either burnt or undercooked. Tonight, we ordered two 5 piece chicken and one 3 piece chicken. Only 1 had an onion ring and that one had a piece of chicken that looked like it was torn apart. One of the 5 pieces had a piece of chicken so small it looks like two tater tots rather than a piece of chicken. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money! The one thing they get right is the drinks and corn dogs. Anything else is a gamble at best.

Not so good. Ordered a simple two meal supper and waited 20 min. Screen said someone was on their way with our order and 20 min later…. We left. Kids were going in and out that didn’t appear to work there or they weren’t in a hurry to work. Hard to tell. Not hardly any customers either. Looks like possibly the cat was away ….

Literally every item I ordered was either missing or something different. A pretzel dog was a coney dog; a double cheeseburger was a single burger; the fries were missing; the mozzarella sticks were onion rings (but they did have the marinara). I don’t think they could have screw this up more if they tried.

The whole idea is to sit in your car. Car hop to come out. They have a 2×3 note that says Apple pay isn’t working. I don’t have Apple pay. It doesn’t take any card. Ten minutes later I walked to the employee entrance. Hard to get someone . They hadn’t even pulled my ticket. Just waiting on cars that went through drive through.

Never again. Just ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a raspberry water because I cannot drink soda & I was told I cannot order water with a combo… But I’ve ordered this with no problem several times before.

Another place that was a classic going down hill.. had to wait almost 56 mins for food cause I was told it was knocked to the floor. And no compisation just we will get it to you when it’s done .. I’m sorry but I seen 5 other ppl literally get their food and. Drive thru was a hopping but I had to wait longer thaj anyone else getting food and service person was kind of rude when telling us what happened.. but I still have tip cause I didn’t want to be that person who didn’t tip

We had Supersonic double cheeseburgers , one small order of fries and one small order of tots. The burgers were big and delicious, the fries and tots were also quite good but very small portions for cost. None the less we will continue to enjoy Sonic drive-in.

Worst food and service ever. Spoke to the supposed district manager who proceeded to talk over me and tell me how she was home at with her family and took the time to call me. Very condescending and rude. Order was wrong, food spilled out in the bag. They did offer to replace food but after that experience doubt I will ever go back. Everytime I tried to speak she cut me off. I didn’t order a plain sandwich and it was suppose to be grilled.
