Very over-priced! Service was very slow and the drive-thru speaker must be broken or something because the order taker couldn’t understand a thing I said. I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times per item I was ordering before they understood what I was asking for!! Shakes were really good though

My boyfriend and I were really hungry and so we decided to give sonic a try. We drove up to the drive thru speaker and were told that they would be with us in a moment. We waited and waited for 15 minutes. We asked if there was anyone there? Nothing. We were very unhappy so we drove off without even getting to order. We wanted to pick up food as we didn’t have time to make any before our movie at the theatre and instead, we went to the movies, hungrier than when we went to get the food.

We waited an extremely long time for food at a place that wasn’t even busy. When we finally received our order one of the sandwiches was wrong even though it was clearly marked plain on the receipt. Staff made no apologies and we waited even longer for the replacement. By the time it was corrected all our other food was cold. Waste of time & money for horrible service. Our group won’t be back. Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered a large and a small mozzarella stick and I asked for extra marinara for both orders. They gave me all the mozzarella sticks but not a single cup of marinara sauce and this has been the 3rd or 4th time this has happened in the span of a few months.

Worst drive through in all of history. Spent 10 minutes wrapped around the corner and the only time we moved was when the car in front of us got out of line to leave. We followed suit and never made it to order. Do not go here unless you want to wait as if you you just sat down at the slowest eat in restaurant you’ve ever been to and have all the time in the world. I have read the other reviews on their service at this location and the owner always responds to say “thanks for letting us know”, but obviously this is an empty response as it does not seem to have gotten better since the other reviewers posted about the bad service.
