We ordered Reeses PB malts – looked awesome yet it tasted like a vanilla malt w/a little bit of crushed Reeses on top, not all through it like the menu picture reflected….since we took it home, we didn’t realize it till then otherwise I would have asked the server about it. We appreciate the effort tho. While we waited for our malts, they had a steady flow of vehicles ordering, so maybe it was just an off night for malts….we will try again in the near future.

Not my kind of place. Food was worse than pre-covid. Burger was very dry. Other person (<20) was happy with the food and said the frappe or whatever the creamy drink was, it was delicious. I thought the service was just as awfull as my burger. I don't plan to eat there again. Rating is as high due to the other person's comments.

Ordered, got our child out of car seat to eat and then last second told us we had to go through drive thru and didn’t say anything else after. Walked over to drive thru to ask and again all they said was we had to go thru the drive thru but what’s the purpose of having stalls. So finally a lady I assume is the manager came out and told us we had to go through drive thru because their stall couldn’t take our card then walked away, if she would of let me finish I was telling her we had cash. Drove off and left because of the attitude from workers.

Every time I come to this location; I pull up to the drive up menu and wait for someone to respond….the moment they respond they say I have to go to the regular drive thru with no explanation. The wait is always long. I don’t understand why they have the mini drive up if they will just send me to the regular drive through window. It’s such an annoying experience every time. Smh.

I wish there was another location nearby. I go every time cause I really like sonic but every single time I go to this location it’s at least a 30 minute wait at the stall. Customer service is poor most of the times with the only exception of one guy that works overnight at this location, I can’t recall the name but I spoke to him once and pointed out his great customer service skills. I am not sure if they were having issues with the speaker but I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. The card reader wasn’t working either. Worst experience here so far.
