I’m not sure how you serve cold food at 8am let alone the fact that no one was there to order besides 2 other people. So it’s not like there was a rush or anything and on top of that i ordered ahead. Not only was my food cold y’all served me a broken cracked shell that had it been warmed the cheese might have saved it. This location either gets your order wrong all together or you getting cold food it’s ridiculous. Maybe it’s time for new staff from top to bottom because clearly there are no standards.

I had ordered a French Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee. It was foul! It looked like an iced coffee, but tasted nothing like it. It’s as if they had mixed the iced coffee with something else that overpowered the taste and made it completely disgusting. It was a bit carbonated too, which made me think they mixed it with a random soda. There was no vanilla flavor or any sweetness to it like the description of the cold brew says. Very disappointed and grossed out by whatever that was that touched my tongue.

This is the SECOND time this has happened. I’m am VERY allergic to dairy. I asked for the dill burger NO CHEESE OR RANCH… and got a burger with 3 little dill spears and bathed in ranch. The napkin you see is 1 of 2 that’s saturated in it. If your employees can’t get basic things right…it’s time for new employees or better management. Had I not checked and simply eaten it and ended in the hospital… you would have a lawsuit on your hands. Take peoples food more seriously. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. i even tried calling the store and got NO ANSWER 3x.

We ordered thru the drive thru and the young lady didn’t greet at all. Seems like she didn’t want to be there. The food was bland and when we got our receipt, there was no break down on what each item cost. The cost of eating out is too costly. Go shopping and buy your food and cook at home. It will be healthy for you and taste better. I will not be going back. Just saying.

Thursday Evening (5/13/21) we decided to get some dessert at Sonic and it was the worst mistake ever, we ordered 3 small Oreo Sonic Blast and 1 small Cheesecake Sonic Blast. What a disappointment it was, they just poured ice cream in a cup and topped it with Oreos and Cheesecake crumbs, to top it off they gave us a straw to suck up the ice cream instead of a spoon. Not ONLY was our dessert the worst but, we waited in drive-thru for 40 minutes, if it wasn’t for my kids I would’ve just driven off! I will NEVER go back to this Sonic again!!
