This sonic was okay it’s always a hit, or miss i always get the mystery balls that’s the Tater tots sometimes they are hot. at times there not. I remember when I was working drive thru years ago. We had to say welcome to Taco Bell would you like to try the # 1. Now it’s like what you need. I just don’t understand no more I am lost in the sauce, but wish you all the best.

This was my first time trying Sonic in Calumet City, IL, and it was horrible. My fries taste like fish and were over cooked, my chicken tenders had the same fishy taste like they were recooked in some old oil. There was nothing crispy about the tenders. I asked for sauce and was told “ we only gave bbq sauce.

I’m not sure how you serve cold food at 8am let alone the fact that no one was there to order besides 2 other people. So it’s not like there was a rush or anything and on top of that i ordered ahead. Not only was my food cold y’all served me a broken cracked shell that had it been warmed the cheese might have saved it. This location either gets your order wrong all together or you getting cold food it’s ridiculous. Maybe it’s time for new staff from top to bottom because clearly there are no standards.

Every single time I come here they get my order wrong so this time when I went, I decided to check it while I was still in the parking lot. Surprise surprise it was wrong once again. I always order the ultimate burrito. It has not once been ultimate. The first couple times I ordered it the eggs and everything inside were black and I was told it was because the grills had burger oil on them and that I should order earlier. The second to last time I ordered they forgot the tots inside the burrito this last time I ordered they forgot the tots inside the burrito but luckily I checked before I left the parking lot so I drove back around and was given a new even smaller burrito. For $4.49. The size of it is ridiculous to me. I could’ve just gone to McDonald’s and gotten one of their burritos and it’s the same size no one has ever been apologetic. This is the last time I’m going to this sonic. Management is rude and doesn’t care and obviously the people cooking. Don’t know how to properly make the items that they sell. Just a terrible location all around. Update I also found a bug in my limeaid. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the SECOND time this has happened. I’m am VERY allergic to dairy. I asked for the dill burger NO CHEESE OR RANCH… and got a burger with 3 little dill spears and bathed in ranch. The napkin you see is 1 of 2 that’s saturated in it. If your employees can’t get basic things right…it’s time for new employees or better management. Had I not checked and simply eaten it and ended in the hospital… you would have a lawsuit on your hands. Take peoples food more seriously. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. i even tried calling the store and got NO ANSWER 3x.

Thursday Evening (5/13/21) we decided to get some dessert at Sonic and it was the worst mistake ever, we ordered 3 small Oreo Sonic Blast and 1 small Cheesecake Sonic Blast. What a disappointment it was, they just poured ice cream in a cup and topped it with Oreos and Cheesecake crumbs, to top it off they gave us a straw to suck up the ice cream instead of a spoon. Not ONLY was our dessert the worst but, we waited in drive-thru for 40 minutes, if it wasn’t for my kids I would’ve just driven off! I will NEVER go back to this Sonic again!!

I order a #12 with tots and strawberry milkshake the Philly cheesesteak wasn’t as advertised super small and plain. The milkshake and tots was the only thing that was as advertised.
