Sonic is like high-tier cafeteria food, so you don’t really expect much from it anyway. It’s a good place to go if you just want some greasy food but I will say that the pretzel stick thing is the best thing I’ve eaten. Literally just tastes like butter and melts in your mouth. Staff was super nice and got my order done quickly, as I went through the drive through.

Too bad the sandwich looks nicer than it tastes but it wasn’t disgusting or anything. Also, I do not like hot dogs but I surprisingly like this.

This location has an indoor ordering and seating area. That’s unheard of where I’m from, so I had to go in to see it. Well, the interior was cute, but the service was soooooo slow! After waiting I don’t know how long, we asked how much longer. The employee stated 20 – 25 minutes. The line outside was backed up all around the entire building. This is not fast food!

I was in the area with my son and wanted him to have sonic drive in experience. I haven’t been to any sonic for probably about 10 years. When we ordered our food and waited in the parking spots, our food came inside of to go bags!!!! So, if they won’t serve the food in trays to our car, then where is the sonic drive in experience ??? What makes Sonic different from me, picking up my food from the drive-in window and parking my car at the parking lot and eating my food there. Their food taste isn’t so special, the way they serve the food is special but not anymore. My son asked me, “So mommy, you said I want you to have the sonic drive in experience, what is it ?? I said nevermind it’s gone. “

Went to this sonic location for a quick breakfast and was completely disappointed. Ordered the Supreme sonic breakfast burrito that fell apart as soon as i opened it,asked for tots and received cold fries, and workers acted like they didn’t want to be there.not a satisfying experience and the iced tea tasted really old

Don’t order any large sides. Always order a medium side. They will pack a medium size anything up real good, but if you ask for a large, they put a medium size amount of food in a large container.
Why is it when I order a medium chili cheese tot, it’s always up to the brim, and loaded up from side to side; but if I ask for a large, there’s a 3 inch gap that ain’t even covered by chili or cheese or tot? I see this a lot because I test this a lot, so I can write this review confidently. Give people what they pay for. What are you? Illinois?
Also, I speak very loud and clearly at the drive thru. I say one food item at a time with enough gap to not confuse anyone. I also talk a little slower so I’m understood. Why is it no one can repeat the order back to me, because you’re clearly not understanding what I’m ordering. And when I see you enter it wrong on the menu screen, and i try to intervene, you pretend I don’t exist. Clearly cuz you got it under control right?
Oh, I’d have a field day training this staff.

I’ve been here twice now and had the same bad experience with the girl at the drive thru window. The Pony tail, glasses, and patches on her chin girl ignored me and had her back facing me. The first time I went I just ordered a cherry limeade and she ignored me for 5 minutes because she was stocking the straws and that was more important than the customer. She took so long to acknowledge me that I honked and even then she took her sweet time and made a drink for an employee and continued to ignore me. I ended up driving away with nothing because I wasn’t going to pay for rude service. Second time I went I pulled up to the speaker and sat there for about 2 minutes with no acknowledgment. I finally said “hello” and she acknowledges me with an attitude and I place my order and all she says is “pull around “ no please or thank you. I get to the window and she ignores me some more with her back facing me. I guess her conversation with another female employee was very important because I ended up honking and she opens the window and says “yes?” And I say “Hi, I ordered a drink.” And she says “hold on” no sorry, no please, no thank you. She takes my card rings me up and hands me my drink and says nothing. Then I ask her for a my receipt and she still says nothing. The cashier was very rude both times and I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’m not going to spend my hard earned money money at an establishment that doesn’t value my time or money. The cashier really needs some retraining in manners and customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Spend too our money somewhere that values you, because this place doesn’t.

Food was not hot, the cheese steak barely had any meat and the bun was barely heated up. Fries were basically cold. Overall experience 2/5. Go somewhere else if you want to spend your money wisely.

Cons:
All the workers besides the male one with the beard, hate their job. They’re always understaffed (or so it seems) & takes about 15-20 minutes to complete the drive thru experience. If you don’t catch them before they shut the window, you’re better off driving around or calling the store.
Pros: the food is hot.

Charged me twice. They leave me on hold for 30 minutes and hang up. Management is not managing here
