Ordered shakes through drive thru and the worker confirmed i was getting shakes. When i was charged it said blasts which are $1 more and not what I ordered. The blasts are way too thick and was really upset that 1. I didn’t get what i ordered and 2. Was charged more for something I didn’t want.

Philly cheesesteak was really good! It had lots of flavor and was a big serving size. My husband was a little disappointed with the sad looking bacon on his burger but still enjoyed it. My sons also enjoyed their burger and popcorn chicken. The service was overall good but our slushes weren’t correct. We were asked if we wanted frozen or iced, we asked for frozen and received iced. It wasn’t a huge deal but would’ve preferred what we ordered, obviously. We’ll most likely return. 🙂

So, the thing is, at your store, the DoorDash driver—you know, the Uber driver—they get the order ready there, but still, they don’t give it. The DoorDash driver doesn’t get good service there. Now, we are the drivers, because we have a pick-up time, a sort of limited time. Yet, your employee, I don’t know what they keep doing inside. If you can’t prepare the order, then don’t accept the order, because we don’t have as much time as you. I mean, we earn money on the order; we don’t work there like you do.

It’s a classic! Traveled from Waukegan to this location as sonics are few and far in between nowadays. Was well worth the drive. Ordered popcorn chicken, jalapeño cheddar bites, tator tots, and a cherry limeade. Service was quick and the staff were friendly.

Excellent place my first time ever at a sonic drive-in, and I couldn’t be happier. The service was great. They come out and deliver it to you. The food was very hot. It’s definitely a place. I would like to come to again when I’m thinking about fast food.

worst fast food restaurant period, no hate to the workers they are doing their best, but there is only 1 person working the entire restaurant everytime i get here which makes a 5 min wait at any other restaurant take 45 mins here

Adrián is truly a legend. I am so happy my boys are happy. His parents raised a beautiful young man. Franklin Park and Villa park need to learn from him. Food was delicious.

So Delicious!!! The burger was perfect! Tots were fresh. Drinks were half price for happy hour! Cashier was super helpful and accurate. Love that the patio is indoors. Very clean inside and out. Definitely recommend this place and will be back.

I love the food here, it’s super tasty! But the staff can be kinda rude and cold. Every time I think about coming back to eat, I remember how they’ve treated me several times and just don’t feel like dealing with their bad vibes. I get their job’s stressful, and I’m not asking for VIP treatment or anything, just a friendlier tone would go a long way
