I love the padded seats, so that a person can sit in comfort. The waitress is absolutely fabulous and the other waitresses I seen all seem to be happy and helping your customers. You have a great restaurant. I wish we had one in Lovell Wyoming

Was in town for sports this weekend sand ordered directly thru their website to be delivered to my hotel room, cause I’m not familiar with the area and the weather was not good. I did not get my whole order, and the chicken wings were dry as you can see in the pictures and when I called to let them know the only option the manager had was a refund, no option to have missing food replaced unless I wanted to come in and get it. Mind you we just drove a good distance and were relaxing. I was shocked that he had no option other than just a refund. Will not be using them again and that sucks cause my kids love wings.

We ordered a wing combo platter and I was surprised at how poorly it all was. The wings were smothered in sauce. The traditional wings were good otherwise but the boneless were probably the worst I have ever had. They were tiny and mostly breading. For a restaurant that specializes in wings I was very dissapointed. I have had better wings almost everywhere I have wanted to get them and never this bad. We will not be returning.

My boyfriend ordered a thing of cheese curds and lemon pepper wings from them on door dash and had to wait an hour and a half just for them to make the food, and after almost 2 hours of waiting our food the wings came completely plain with no seasoning. The chefs and staff have to be drunk, high or both with how slow they are.

Too Slow!
Almost an hour from when we ordered until we got our food. We arrived at 5:25pm on a Wednesday and it wasn’t busy. She was slow to take our order, around 5:45. But then our food didn’t come until 6:40. I’m not a wing person but I won’t hold that against them- my burger was just ok. I had to eat it too quickly to enjoy as I had a meeting at 7pm.

We will not ever be returning!!!!! we ordered our food on door dash but picked it up when we finally got our order it was wrong they gave us just a peice of chicken in a box it was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich we ordered fries with it and didn’t get that or our slaw! they had my salad in the heater waiting for the rest of our food to come it was all soggy when we got home. They offered to remake the sandwich and said it would only be 6 mins that turned into a half hr of waiting there!! very disappointed and it valentine’s day!!! and

I had a terrible experience ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings through DoorDash. When my order arrived, it looked like someone had helped themselves to my food before it was packed up. Even worse, my burger and fries were completely missing. It’s honestly shocking and unacceptable. I strongly advise caution if you’re thinking about ordering from this location through DoorDash.

Walked in hour before close and ordered 10 boneless wings to go. Got back to room and all they did was splash some bbq sauce on some chicken bites. Two of the pieces were non edible. To top it off, the waitress that got my order got into her feelings because I asked her for a fork to go. Kids these days. Wings were terrible! upon arrival, I had a to go order, it was about 1 o’clock in the afternoon, not too busy, it took me over 20 minutes to get anybody’s attention. And then I decided well, well, I’m waiting, I’ll just sit down to have a drink. I got to order my drink and I sat there, watch my drink, sitting on the counter while the waitress walked by it multiple times and then again sat there for another 20 minutes, waiting for just a simple drink to be delivered, then get my food explained to the waitress that I was coming from out of town. wanted to make sure the food was right and of course it was completely wrong. So I had to wait another 20 minutes, got the right food finally but with no apology just “here you go”. overall, I was in that place for an hour and a half for mediocre food and horrible customer ervice. I hate to say that I really loved this place up until now. Maybe just having an off day

First time ever eating there. It was awesome. So I went the next day too lol (might have forgotten my credit card there) but it was also awesome. Great staff. We’ll be going back.
