This will be the last time we go to a sonic, every time they screw up our drive through order. This time we were told they didn’t have the bacon smash burger by the drive through employee but at the window when paying we’re told they did actually have it but we had already ordered the regular ones. I asked for extra sauce and no pickles, my husband asked for no pickle no onions. We both got pickles. The tater tots were barely crispy but had good flavor, the sprite tasted of mildew. Just not worth the money with all the errors. Avoid this location.

I ordered 3 drinks and 2 of them had no problems luckily but the third one was a bit silly. I got an ocean water and it came with none of the ocean water syrup and the sprite syrup was also going out so it was just water with a hint of a hint of lemon lime flavor. Just a wild concept to order a drink that’s bright blue and being handed this and the employee thinking “yeah that’s right” when it’s clearly not. This is the third time I’ve ordered an ocean water and it’s not right but at least the last two times it was just the sprite syrup flavor and not missing the thing that makes the item what it is

This was my first visit to a SONIC. I was very disappointed.
The shake machine was not working (when we ordered one). Ok. Our order was taken wrong (ordered a burger no tomato and a chicken sandwich. Got a chicken sandwich and 2 burgers, both with tomato, so that was an extra $6.)
We wanted to tell the cashier our order was wrong (saw it right away on the bill) but she went into the back room (employees only) with no way fr us to contact her.
Food was delivered in 10 minutes (not bad) but it was not hot, and it was barely warm. Any of it. Tots, mozza sticks, or any of the burgers. Barely “lukewarm”.
And all this was just under $30. You know, I’d been looking forward to trying a Sonic for years. Sad.

Went to get corn dogs got there our screen was broken so couldn’t see the order. Saw a screen that had a 1.99 deals so looked at that and ordered. Turns out thats for app only but it didn’t tell us. Our food was not warm and crunchy. They were not respectful when we went to talk to them. She came out and said we dont do that deal here that app only we never do very rudely. Will definitely not be coming back. Also didn’t get a cherry in the cherry limeade

Love them, but they forgot items in our first order arriving in town. We called and were told a manager would call us back. They never did. The next day we inquired again and were told to try back tomorrow.

The photo is how much chili I got on my burger. Super disappointed. (It may be hard to see, but there’s literally maybe 6 insanely small pieces of meat from the chili. So all in all I got like a baby spoon worth of chili. Actually that’s even being generous…)

I’ve been here a couple times for different items and every time it’s terrible. I really try to not complain about fast food because I know what it is but when the sprite tastes like dirt, something is wrong. Won’t be back. If I want a fountain drink I’ll stop at a gas station. Waited in the drive through for half an hour for an ocean water that tasted like mop water.

The young woman at the front prefers to stay in the back filling drinks than helping customers in the front. I asked for ketchup and she ignored me and refused to get it. I waited 10 minutes until finally calling out to get it and she still turned her back to me and ignored me. Wow! please don’t hire or keep people like this, they will destroy your business 9/11/25 8:15pm.
