Your “footlong” coney is only 10.5″ **Also the bun is 10″ and 9″ of chili & cheese**
And there’s not much in there… plus the dog itself is much thinner than I remember.

What happened to the thick “actual” footlongs overflowing with chili & cheese?

I have had a lot of bad experiences with Sonic over the years. But the past few times I have gone the food has been fresh! not cold! my order has been right! I have gotten all the condiments i requested!! and napkins!!! and the car hop person has been really nice! so thank you

Waited at a stall for over 10 minutes and no one took our order gave up and jumped in the drive thru. There was one car that was placing their order for 20 minutes. The next car in line sat at the speaker for over 15 before anyone even said a word to them. We finally got to the speaker and placed our order. Was were in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of us. Also the tots container was half empty.

They gave me a 6-inch instead of a footlong I asked for light onion got heavy on the end I asked for a Dr Pepper float I got just Dr Pepper then the kiosk didn’t work for card payments and then they forgot my tater tots

Didn’t even get to my food because they decided to tell me that their card reader was broken after I had ordered my food instead of saying something when intially pulling up to order there was nothing stating that their card reader was broken before hand and not all of us carry cash so we had to leave since I had no way to pay and wasn’t going to searching for a bank to get cash out an atm.

I ordered no onions on our 2 sandwiches. The lady said neither one had onions on it, after opening our sandwiches both had alot of onions. Tater tots and fries tasted like they was cooked in old oil and was mixed together. My husband’s first time eating at Sonic, he didnt like it at all.

Sat for over 30min (I sincerely wish this was an exaggeration) tonight. Folks took our order, screen didn’t work, then some kids who showed up quite literally 15 minutes later got their food and drove off. They parked directly beside us and the worker didn’t even make eye contact with us before scurrying inside. PATHETIC workers and establishment.

I got to sonic at 10:45 pm. An hour and 15 minutes before they closed. While I was there I saw no one get their food and was offered no explanation as to why food was not coming out. We waited an hour, before the sonic employees gave up and shut the lights to the building off. Closing early and leaving at least 12 costumers without food or any form of service. I would’ve been okay if they answered the order buttons or gave an explanation for what was going on. But they did not. They simply left people sitting at the pull up windows and in the drive through for over an hour. I am disappointed with the service I didn’t even receive!

I brought my sugar loving, slush eating kids with me. This was our first time eating here. There wasn’t anything spectacular about anything. The slushes both the cherry with blue raspberry bubbles or bobo things. I got the rainbow one love blue raspberry, lemonade and strawberry. Ordered groovy fries and chicken tenders to try as well. Horrible!!!!!!! Those slushes were pure flavor not diluted even the tiniest bit, so beyond strong and way way too sweet, even my 8 & 9 year olds threw theirs away. One bite each of a fry… garbage. One bite of the chicken… garbage. NEVER AGAIN. Oh yeah the rainbow slushy didn’t resemble anything to a rainbow. I saw one corner red, another blue, lastly white. But the employee was very very polite, they did an absolute horrible job, but they did that miraculously. If you want to attempt it use the app it has a bunch of free stuff!

The service was amazing and very prompt. The crazy thing is, my girlfriend and I came in about 30 minutes before close, and I was expecting slightly annoyed workers. Simply because of my previous fast food experiences. But nope, the level of professionalism and courtesy was impeccable, namely, Syrus. And ive previously worked 5 years of fast food myself. I was simply impressed and I applaud whoever was working the close shift tonight (Sept. 12) Great job everybody! You guys deserve a raise, or a pizza party or SOMETHING.
