No answer at DT, so I went to carhop spot. After six minutes someone finally answered.Ordered a double smasher, med cheddar peppers and jumbo cherry limeade, plus a $1.99 chicken wrap.Food took longer than expected but was quite tasty. Biggest surprise though was that the medium cheddar peppers only included five – leaving me to wonder how few come in a small. At $5.79 for the order plus tax, the peppers were more than $1 apiece.

I was actually picking up an order here for GrubHub. I can’t say anything about the food but what I can say is sonics comment in the GrubHub app stated that I needed to go inside to pick up the order. The signs outside said that I needed to download the app in the instructions for picking up to order would be in the app. I couldn’t find any instructions in the app so I went up to the building and they told me I needed to go through the drive-thru. Restaurants need to consider delivery drivers as customers. After all their customer sent me to get their food. A little communication goes a long ways.

I had waited in the drive thru for half an hour. There was only 2 other cars in the line with me. ordered $20 dollars worth of food to only get $10 worth handed to me. Can’t even get a refund on the sonic website. This location never been this bad ever but i take my words back today. Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION if you want all of ur food and don’t want to deal with crabby workers!!!

I’d give a zero if I could. Waited almost half hr at a stall no answer. Drivr thru they shut down their lights. Did an order on the app. Received my order.. or what I thought was my order to fine out not all the food was in there. :(. Short staffed and I know its hard management needs a little more attention at this location. The kid handing out food was symptomatic and sweet.

Used to frequent here but got food poisoning from a jumbo chilli dog,
6 piece mozzarella sticks and a medium crafted cheesecake shake on March 24 2025, went at 9:30pm, I don’t know what happened but I got pretty sick and had all the same food I normally have earlier in the day so it wasn’t from anything else and didn’t have a stomach bug either. I think that was the last time I visit here.

Dasher #1 arives at 6:20 then drops dash at 6:35 because sonic hasn’t brought out order

Dasher #3 arrives at like 7:03 waits 30 minutes to finally get my order at 7:25 only to deliver me two cheese burgers that’s smothered in mayo tomato lettuce and onions when I should of Been only mustard and pickles. Along with a MELTED grape slush that should of been a mango and peach slush. What a freaking joke. Busy or not there was zero excuse for getting 3 out of the 4 things I ordered wrong and waiting so long to get it out to my dasher that my food gets cold and hard along with melted.

We pulled into a spot on December 23rd, pressed the button and it gave the message that we would be helped shortly. We watched two employees in the building and one employee outside smoking. No one ever helped us. So we went to the drive-thru. The soda machine didn’t work. Service was slow but the food was HOT and good.

They make you wait in the drive the lane but people cut straight threw the window. Most of the time you hear loud rap music & the fries are always soggy NEVER crispy. It could be 1 pm3 or 8. Better go to Applebees with the amount of time your waiting

If I could give less then one star I would. Waited for 30 minutes after checking in. Asked where it was and was told I never checked in (I did) and then they forgot food and we had to wait and other 20 minutes for a single plain cheese burger. Get a new manager maybe.

worst location ever! Placed my order 9:30pm and got it around 10:15pm Waited 30 minutes in the drive through when only 1 other car was in front. Forgot my fries and when I did ask, she gave me the wrong size and shut the window before i could say anything. There were at least 5 cars behind me at this point and cars were honking. The girl at the front handing out drinks did not speak ONCE. There were at least 3 other people in the store. Bad employees.
