This is a NY dog their description grilled onions, sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard. They meant dry bun, hot dog tasted like it was from yesterday raw onion 1 piece of sauerkraut and reg mustard. The other is the Chicago dog their description sport peppers, celery salt. Pickle, tomato, mustard, onions. I got relish no pickle the two smallest pieces of tomato probably at the bottom of an empty bin. No celery salt or peppers. I also got a lemon berry slush. Which is ice sprite and cherry syrup I do not taste lemon at all. This is the second time I’ve been here since moving to SP and both times were absolutely horrible. I hope they reevaluate their staff and the quality they are putting out cause it’s the worst I’ve seen in SP restaurants.

Wanted to try Sonic since we don’t have one in our area and my kid was hungry. We ordered a cheeseburger kid’s meal around 1:30 PM. There was no one else in the drive-through and barely any cars in the parking lot, so I expected the food to be fresh. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite.
My daughter started on the French fries and immediately said, “Wow, these are really bad.” I looked in the bag and saw nothing but overcooked, crunchy scraps, literally the entire order was like that. I tried them myself and couldn’t believe they would actually serve fries in that condition.
Then she moved on to the cheeseburger, which she had customized a bit, so you would assume it was freshly made. Instead, it was extremely cold. The cheese wasn’t even close to melted, and the burger patty was hard like a hockey puck. It honestly felt like it came straight out of the refrigerator. I took a bite out of it and spit it right into the bag!
For our first Sonic experience, this was incredibly disappointing. Not what you expect when you’re the only ones in line. Definitely not worth the stop.

Was really dissatisfied with this place! Doors were locked, got my order in dt, asked if I wanted a spoon for my shake never got it, I asked for xtra napkins ,salt , knife and fork, hard to eat a chili dog with out it especially when the hot dog was hard as a rock and gross! never got it , and my whip cream tasted sour so couldn’t finished it wasted almost 6 bucks there! And not to mention my meal was over charged never made it into a meal . My sister gave me a gift card for there was happy I got it until now , and was an hour away from where I live, needless to say was my 1st time there and my last. Waited 15 mins for food and all we heard was the employees yelling and arguing inside.

We loved the service the young lady in the pink and purple hair gave us. We love sonic food. Chairs were very uncomfortable for dine in. The drive thru experience is unique and a must try if you’ve never tried. Drinks are delicious and their ice is the best nugget ice.

Poor experience. Side items (tots) were hard. Burger was missing bacon. The manager that brought out our drinks told me I would have to pay for a drink carrier if I wanted one and then proceeded to just walk away from me with no option for a resolution. Overall it was quite disappointing.

We love Sonic but this location continues to have issues with service. I always use the mobile order ahead for a drink or two and always have to wait 20 plus minutes after the order pickup time. The drive through also seems to run the same way and is extremely slow even if just drinks. I would frequent on a more regular basis if I knew I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a drink.

This restaurant needs to be shut down ASAP. I ordered on the app 10 minutes before I arrived. I arrived 2 minutes after my order was expected to be ready. I checked in on the app and waited 15 minutes but still no one came with my order that disappeared off the screen. I then pressed the red “order” button and waited another 10 minutes and no one answered. I pulled in the drive thru behind someone for 5 minutes and they just sat there, no one taking their order. I finally went around, straight to the window as I had already ordered on the app 30 MINUTES prior to this. And sat waiting at the drive through for 10 more minutes. When I got my food it was hardly warm, the ice cream was melted. I paid to have peanut butter cups added to my ice cream that was supposed to have caramel filled cups and i had all of maybe 5 pieces of topping on top of my ice cream, not even mixed. The food was a mess all over and cold. This place need to be shut down until they can properly clean and find staff!

Stopped by to grab a quick bite and was extremely disappointed. Waited for over 15 minutes, PATIENTLY! Just to have someone finally come out to tell us he would be right with us (who then stepped out to take an order to a drive up/through order) he came back inside and went straight into the kitchen. Didn’t even come back to take our order. So, thinking I had limited time to use the restroom, I rushed to come out. Noticed the man standing waiting behind us walked out. We followed 5 minutes after. Very disappointed with the service there. That little guy must’ve forgotten us. Went to Noodles down the street, who was alot busier and had us eating in no time.

Walked in the place to find that you need to push a red button to get someone to come out to take your order. Dining room needed a cleaning, bathroom was very dirty. Burger and hotdog were good, but the fries were cold and stale, I went back in to ask for fresh ones. They came back a couple of minutes later with fries that tasted like they just put them back down in the frier. 2-1/2 stars out of 5.

50/50 chance you’re going to get serviced at this Sonic. It’s kinda rare that I have a good experience with ordering here. That last time I came I tried to get a Sonic blast and was told that the can’t make that. Being that Sonic blast is something they’re known for it’s surprising to me that they couldn’t make one. Then I tried to order cheddar peppers and was told they can’t make those either. Left with nothing. Basically every time I pull up here I know there’s probably going to be some inconvenience.
