I had order a Chicago dog. I end up with a bunch of mustard on my Chicago dog. When I called sonics they were playing around with who the manger was. Then they told me to hold on and never came back to the phone line. I’ll never be coming back again!!

Ordered a blast with xtra Oreos and Cookie dough. I politely said please charge me extra. Paid $7 for a half full cup of vanilla ice cream that looked already eaten. I’m gonna go ahead and say it was not worth the 20 minute wait.

This place used to be good when it first opened. Look, you know how restaurants go, right? It starts to go downhill once they run through plenty of employees, management supervisors, and franchise holders. The place is not that bad. it needs to stay clean on the inside. I think it’s the lack of pay that makes people not work well for places/companies like this. You might want to try something else before making this your option.

Our food was warm and delicious, and didn’t have to wait very long. Our server was very polite and professional as well. My only complaint would be that there’s a good amount of ordering boxes/ spots that are out of order, but besides this first world problem, I was very pleased.

Burgers were well done like we wanted, but they didn’t have much flavor. My dad didn’t care for the taste of the tater tots. Service and price was excellent though. Cheaper than when we go to Burger King in Monroe, Wisconsin though.

Just left the Dubuque, IA Sonic. Lobby entry door open with the inner door locked with sign saying use other door only to find it also was locked. This at 6:30 PM. Three patrons inside where leaving and left me in and told me of how rude they where treated. I Asked if the lobby was closed since no signs stated so only to get a mean stare from a girl working behind the counter with no comment. Is this any way to run a business? Not likely I will come back to this place. Another incident a year ago where I was left hanging at the parked drive up. 30 minutes and my order never was confirmed or arrived.

I would have given my burger 5 IF it had been prepared as ordered. The young man taking our order even repeated it back to me & it showed the requests on the order screen. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I was sitting at the drive thru waiting for someone to answer for 10 minutes and I eventually went up to the window and they said “sorry” and people were on their phones. They were rude when I confronted them. My order wasn’t correct. I’m just done going here. Young kids standing around laughing and FaceTiming people. A gal named Veronica seems to always be helpful and when she is there my order is always right. Why can’t no one else figure it out?
