The number 1 double cheeseburger was shown with two patties with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Only had cheese, pickle and onion. Also had bacon on it that I asked for. The tator tots tasted like they were over cooked and been sitting for a while. Paid almost $14. Really disappointed in this place. Nobody cares about quality anymore.

If zero stars were an option that is what it would be. After over 40 minutes in the drive through, our food was given to someone else. Total time from time of ordering to time of getting food was 45 minutes. Then still didnt get all that was ordered and didnt offer to refund for anything that was missing. Worst customer service at any establishment I have been at. Won’t be returning.

Terrible services. Today I went to get some All-American hot dog combos and one chili cheese without a combo. When I went to pick up my food, they didn’t give me a receipt for my order. They charged me $61, and when I checked my food, they had given me hamburgers instead of hot dogs. I went back and told them that I had ordered hot dogs, not hamburgers, and they told me they couldn’t give me what I originally ordered and that I would have to buy it again . I argued with them, asking how that was possible if I had ordered hot dogs, and they ended up closing the drive-thru window on me.

If I could give a 0 I would. Did an online order. Showed up when it told me amd sat there for over 30 min for my food. My box was smashed with sauce and cheese all on the outside. I asked for no cheese got 2 slices. Add ketchup and mustard and mayo, didnt get any. Ordered mott sticks with marinara…….the app dosent charge you since I figured i ordered sticks. NO. the restaurant individually charges for them and you have to ask for them. The point of an online order is for you have have the order there. I am disgusted and I recommend checking your food before you leave.

Horrible service… 45 min in a drive thru only one other car in the drive thru and they didnt even get one of the 4 orders and tried to give us food with out our drinks open the window slammed it shut with out saying a word. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVEN HAD AT ANY PLACE IN TOWN!

Sonic do better. Sat at the drive thru board for over 15 minutes with no answer just to pull up to the window and get ignored for another 5 minutes. Then had to knock on the window to have the cook come to the window and say he could not help us get drinks because he didn’t know how. They could have just told us that they were having technical difficulties from the start and been done with it.

There were 8 people working, but couldn’t handle any kind of rush. Our order took forever, then was wrong and when we asked them to remake it, they got it wrong again. With this type of service I don’t expect them to be in business much longer.
Plus half of the order boards don’t work and the restrooms are out of order. We won’t be coming back.
