I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone if we are being honest. I put in an online order and the app said to pull into a stall and push the button l. So I did and I got the privilege of sitting there for about 10 minutes before the manager that looked to be about 40 and peaked at 19 came out with a snotty little attitude and says “what are you? Gurbhub? Doordash?” And I responded with neither your website said to park and push the button. He responded with “well the buttons are not working at this time.” Good to know bud maybe put a sign out there letting people know? So I jump in line and spend another almost 10 minutes waiting just to receive two burgers made with hate and haste….. Like this were the sloppiest “burgers” I have ever seen. And how are you slammed but your meat is almost jerky? And the fries….. All I could taste on those fries was grease. Like did you fry them and then dump them into more grease? Also ordered two coke zeros…… Those were regular….. Without the additional flavor that I had requested. Now with this being said if you can’t provide good service then don’t provide any service. And the veggies on the burgers seemed be older and dryer then the meat!! Good job!!! Go team Sonic of Commerce!!

After just going to sonic here over in commerce, the atmosphere is dim. And it seems like they don’t care. I’m ordering my drinks, all I ordered was 2 drinks. It seemed like they were impatient with my ordering process. I added nerds to one of my drinks. Get to the drive through window. The lady making my drink looked irritable. The cashier goes to her to get the drinks. And for some reason, she(lady with blue hair) decides to throw her hands up in the air after giving my drinks to the cashier. For some unknown reason, but I took offense to it. I get my drinks to my realization. I paid 50 cents for nerds, I received no nerds. Please if you’re gonna work in customer service, at least act like you wanna be there if you don’t actually want to be there. That’s fine. I get it. I’m costumer, service as well, but you at least have to act and pro tip. When a customer upsets, you at the very least. Show your anger and irritability after the custom reliefs. Not while they’re right there, watching you. Poor service won’t go back again.

Food is always delicious. Service was very polite and although order did take a while as they are vastly understaffed. We had a large order for 7 people lol. The people there did a good job at getting everything for us in a reasonable amount of time and had been a while since my kids had some of their delicious drinks. It’s winter so not the usual outside place to hang out and eat but drive through is still open, food is always delicious, and employees are very nice, polite patient and friendly so if my family and I are passing through Michigan again we will gladly stop by again.

Waited for our food for about an hour. Nothing “fast” about that “fast food” experience. And nothing “sonic” speed is going on at this slow establishment. Waited an hour for ONE SINGULAR corn dog & chili cheese fries… to top this all off. We get home & see that they gave us chili cheese TOTS, NOT EVEN THE FRIES WE ASKED, PAID, AND WAITED FOR.

Ordered at 8:14pm got our food at 830. They were frustrated we ordered, should’ve left but wanted sonic, very disappointed. We were the only ones there… save your time and money and go somewhere else. $28 could’ve got me better service at a sit down. A girl was also yelling in the background “we closin” what happened to customer service? Where’s the owner ??

Ordered 2 number 7’s, both coney dogs were basically bare, barely anything on either dog. Both orders of fries were stale and barely warm. Not to mention we sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting on what i thought would be fresh hot food after the wait. Plus I ordered a chocolate shake, and received a strawberry shake. $40 on garbage, I will never go to sonic again. BRING BACK A&W!!!!

Could have been worse. But just pick a different location. It’s clear that the employees do bare minimum work and don’t care about what they make for you. My medium “Sonic Blast” had about less than a scoop of Oreos and the rest was literally just vanilla ice cream not even mixed, just lazily thrown in top. Not at all what I ordered.

First off the guy in drive through taking orders was rude and very rushy with the order, I ordered a bacon cheese burger with barbecue sauce on the side, I got a burger with cheese and lettuce- nothing more. The fries were old, & my burrito was at the bottom of the bag completely flat, with eggs busted out of the bottom of it.. It’s irritating spending $35 for this quality of food. I shouldn’t have to check my order before I leave. That’s what the sonic workers are there for.

Fast & friendly service but out of BREAD and ended up paying $5 for a small shake that I re-blended at home to be able to drink thru a straw. Parking lot desperately needed to be plowed too. All the replies are i guess sonic corporate stating if we want complaints sent to the local store, we have to call a 1800 or do a survey. We already provided the feedback, the company needs to be responsible for making sure the local store hears about it. Ridiculous

This place is a disaster. Consistently horrible slow service, attitude from employees despite there being no good system for receiving an order in a timely way. I try to pull through for a soda before work but when I pull into a stall as the app I ordered through directs, the stall is never recognized. You can’t go in to ask for help. Going through the drive through and waiting behind 2 cars for 25 minutes for a soda is crazy. Asking for clarity or help at the drive through speaker results in attitude and no help at all. This has happened every time I’ve been here.
