Only thing right was our mozzarella sticks!! Cold (and the wrong kind) cheese on my tots, no bacon on my BACON smash burger. Also was supposed to have mayo on one which wasnt there and had ketchup added??? oh and lets remember its supposed to be a DOUBLE burger as well but i got ONE patty for one of my 9 dollar burgers. No salt or cheese with either of my dry pretzels either all around the worst food i have ever received ANYWHERE what a JOKE of a place

This place used to the best fast food you could get in all of macomb county. In the last year, I’ve had issues every single time I’ve gone. The sad decline of this once really great restaurant is so sad to see.
If your food isn’t completely wrong, it’s missing ingredients. If it isn’t missing ingredients, they forget the sauce. If it’s not the sauce, the food has been sitting for 2 hours and was quickly dunked into the fryer to heat it back up. And if it’s none of those things, they forgot it entirely. Doesn’t matter if it’s DoorDash or in-person, this place now seems allergic to giving you edible food or decent service.
Workers will not answer the phone, and ignore complaints of food taking a long time. I see hundreds of comments complaining that the food was a 20-30 minute+ wait, only for the food to be terrible and inedible when it finally comes, and the workers to not lift a finger to care or make it right.
Mark my words, if something doesn’t change in the next few months, this place will be gone. There are so many better restaurants with staff that will actually treat you well

Be prepared for an Extremely long wait. Customer service is trash. Food quality is terrible.
My shake was melted and had some kind of unknown Brownish black substance on the inside of it… on the cup and most likely inside the shake.
The onion rings were drenched in Grese that taste old like they haven’t changed it in ages.
And the burger was just all right. Cheese wasn’t even melted all the way.

Haven’t had Sonic in years I was so happy too see one in the area I was for an appointment SO good absolutely satisfied with the food I tried the jalapeño cheddar poppers 9/10 and I had the classic cheese burger I loved the cheese sauce they put on that I would get extra next time very big burger I couldn’t finish the whole thing lol the crinkle fries where good I loved the crunchy ones I had a sprite to drink it was very crisp just how I like it and don’t get me started on the ice (they have the good ice if you know you know) There was 3 of us and food took less than 10 mins to get severed hot and fresh over all 10/10 highly recommend!!

3pm on a Wednesday – Google said they were open. Other cars were there in the other stalls. Waited at the stall for 20 minutes with the red button activated with no answer from staff. Tried 2 different stalls in case one was broken. Eventually gave up and left. Not a great experience.

Its been years since we have been to a sonic, but now I remember why! The hamburger was very dry & plain. The chicken sandwich was dry & plain. The French fries I wldnt even feed to my dogs! Tgey were disgusting! How can you possibly screw up French fries?!? Oh, I know cook them in tge sane batter you use to make desserts! Work perfectly every time. Fries were very greasy, and over soaked in oil!
Yet, the entire time, ygey acting like they are special. They refuse to take orders from the App. Tgey won’t accept any deals ftkm the App.
Do not pass go! Do not collect an good from this location! Seems to be horrendous management running them in to tge ground! THE good here absolutely SUCKS! We will NEVER go back! Especially to this location. I have been to otger nearby locations, that aren’t nearly as bad. We literally ended up throwing away our entire meal and had to stop somewhere else instead! This BY FAR the WORST Sonic I have ever been to! The franchise really needs to do anything undercover experience here to see for themselves just how really bad it is! Then the girl speaking through the clown, tells you they dont accept the app?!? How is this guy allowed to still represent Sonic! Get rid of this franchise owner! The food was sooooooo bad my entire family just laughed at it. My wife wasn’t there originally, we thought we would try it on her as a joke. I used the app to order before I arrived. I parked in patio parking and went on the app to check-in. It said to let it know what Bay I was in or, if I was going to use the patio, go in and give them my name. There are 2 doors but they are for the employees to bring food out. Customers are not supposed to use the doors. I looked all.over the boards and menus on the patio but there were no instructions. I finally went to the door and popped my head in to explain. The employee was very nice. He gave me the drinks and said the food was almost ready. He then brought out the food. The food was good and hot. The drinks were cold and good. I would recommend the peanut butter and Oreo mastershake. It was good.

This place is a joke. Waited over 20+ minutes for our food and it wasn’t even busy. Once we finally got our food it was, not only wrong, it was cold. We could have went to Culver’s for better food at a cheaper prices.
