The guy taking the order was very short and impatient. He did not give you a chance to speak before cutting you off. The girl at the window was really nice (she had braces and beautiful curly hair). We paid $42 and waited almost 30 minutes for the food to be COMPLETE TRASH. The fries and tots were cold and old tasting (I didn’t even order tots they missed a frie but we waited so long we didn’t feel like going through the line or getting out) the BBQ chicken was TERRIBLE… hard, old, and cold. My husband was ok with his burger, but all of our lemonades taste sour and weird. I’m so completely disappointed, and it’s not like I stay around the corner to go back and get a refund.

And they did not deliver us over food. Then the girl said she’d be back with the missing items. She never came back. We press the button and waited for another 10 minutes because they would not let me walk in to tell him about the problem. One of our sandwiches was wrong. The manager was rude. Horrible experience. Checking back in and it’s been an hour and 20 minutes and still no food replacement and missing item

A lot of the time, they forget the cherries in a Cherry Limeade, or the limes (I don’t mind that one as much). Just kind of baffling that their signature drink gets so consistently botched! The pretzel and cheese is by far my fave. The chicken tender box is a good variety. Recently tried the chili cheese fries, but didn’t care for them.

My go to for a quick bite. I always pur have the mini breakfast burritos no matter what time of day. The vanilla iced coffee however has a super artificial taste, I do not recommend!

Horrible. Chicken tenders are dark and look like SCRAPS. Potato tots were cold and wrong. It was supposed to be fries. The line was long and very very very slow. Attitude was bad at the window and speaker. To correct the order took EVEN LONGER!!! Customer service is horrible. We won’t be back.

The last few times I’ve been here the employees were terribly rude. I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake and it didn’t taste like it had any flavor at all. And they messed up the size on a drink because they were rushing through the ordering process. We threw out both drinks and went to another Sonic because they were that bad. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want quality drinks and food.

This is an edit: last week I stopped of a lemonade, I was given soda, returned to the window and was told everyone’s been complaining about the lemonade. It’s because lemonade is not fizzy, pop is. Got a refund.

Westland location can never get anything right! I get text messages, that say I can either order on the App, or get it at the drive thru. They never honor it, in the drive thru. This location has really gone down!

It was my first time going to sonic. The experience of sitting in the little drive-thru while waiting for the server to come out is pretty cool the menu is very big there’s lots of choices and there’s lots of drinks. I would definitely go again to try other things
