This was my first time visiting this location with my child, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. We initially tried to order using the car park menu but received no response after a long wait. We then proceeded to the drive-thru, where we experienced another lengthy delay. Several cars left due to the excessive wait time. Additionally, the staff member at the drive-thru was not friendly.

The cleanliness of the location was also concerning — there was trash scattered on the ground, and the bins were overflowing. Overall, this location fell short of basic service and cleanness standards. I would not recommend it based on our experience.

Less than a star. Do you not take any pride in your business? Terrible service with lengthy wait time and no one was in front of me in the drive thru. Food quality is very poor with a hard stale bun and a hockey puck burger. Hire a store manager and teach your workers about customer service and quality. I stopped going to this restaurant because of poor quality last time. Nothing has changed. Sad excuse for a business. Originally you set out to put the fun in with the dine in car spots. So disappointing.

Not professional staff. I had to pay in change and the ppl here were very rude. First they told me they don’t take change, then they said they can’t do half change and half on card? They can’t do split payments in 2026? I could hear The entire staff laughing and saying racial things like “white boy” or something along the lines of that when the drive thru window was open. Very shocked at the entire interaction.

Heads up, this place might not function like you think it does. As Sonic advertises, you should be able to go into one of the park and dine spots along the restaurant and order your food to be brought to your car. However, this is apparently not always the case at this location. They will not respond when you hit the button at the stalls to order/talk to an employee. If you make the mistake of ordering online for one of the park and dine spots, they will simply not bring out your food and not let you know that is the case. You will sit there waiting for your food or to hear anything, and they will leave you hanging until you try to hit the button which does nothing since they don’t respond to it. You can’t even go inside since they lock the doors. You will need to go through the drive through and ask about your order, and then finally you can get your food. Which is a roulette wheel of whether or not it will be good, but you’re at Sonic so that’s not entirely unexpected. Also, ask for napkins. Everything they have is quite greasy and you’ll need them, since they’ll forget to give them to you unless prompted.

Paid $30 for 3 ice cream’s with multiple add ins. However we did not receive any of the add ins. We drove all the way back since the add ins were the whole reason, if I wanted vanilla ice cream I’d go get a tub.

They were outright rude and blatant at the window, refusing to accept her mistake. Saying they were “at the bottom”. Long story short we SHOWED our plain ice cream and they still refused to listen.

I just left from up there and tried calling them but no answer. They served me a cold kids meal everything was cold and the fries were hard as a rock and extremely greasy and tasted like old grease.The wait was about 15 mins I am not satisfied at all. Make sure before yall leave out the driveway make sure everything is nice and fresh and hot.

As a new customer, I was truly shocked by the poor level of service at this Sonic location.
It was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Not only were items missing from my order, but when I tried to address it, the staff showed no accountability or basic courtesy.

What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the shift supervisor, who turned away in the middle of our conversation and refused to help or even acknowledge the issue.
One employee even told me I could “just throw the food away” – a remark that perfectly captured the team’s attitude: indifferent, unmotivated, and completely unprofessional.

I ended up discarding the entire order and finding food elsewhere. This level of customer treatment is unacceptable and deeply disappointing for a brand like Sonic.

Pulled up to the car park and waited through 3 full songs on the radio without anyone taking our order. Thinking *maybe* it was an issue with that stall, we went to a new stall on the other side of the building right in front of the windows where we could see all the employees. A minimum of 5 people working, made eye contact with us several times, and we waited another 10 minutes at the carpark without someone taking our order. Several cars next to us gave up and left (as we eventually did as well.) I guess you can try your luck at the drive-thru, as that seemed to be the only thing actually moving?

I was given a cold burger and stale bun. Turned around and drove back to get a fresh burger. The guy who served me came out with the manager name LaMia. Immediately her face wasn’t inviting. She looked annoyed. Did not introduce herself. With a sale face “now what’s the problem”? I politely explained. She responded saying all the burgers just came off the grill. Asked me when did I come. The gentleman answered immediately. Saying I just left. I followed up saying u can feel it yourself if u like. The patty was barely Luke warm 5 mins ago so I know it’s even colder now. She rolled her eyes and said where is your recipe. Again the gentleman responded b4 me stating he didn’t give me 1. LaMia then with out words, put her hand out. I guess that meant hand her the burger. I did. Then she walked away. Again with a bothered demeanor.

LaMia was extremely unfriendly, uninviting and unprofessional. I will never go there again. I recommend extra training in customer service or a different position. She was ridiculous. Whoever is over her would be embarrassed if they witnessed her behavior. This is coming from someone who rarely complains.

I wish I got the gentleman’s name who was at the register. He was kind and informed me that they were making it over. LaMia (the manager) said nothing besides going against me.

I do not recommend this sonics.

Wow, pulled into one of the spots to order and waited almost 10 minutes with no response, then my wife went to the front kiosk and there was no response, and so we went to the drive through spending another 25 minutes, cars were waiting in line, and then leaving after waiting too long. About 40 minutes in all before we even got food, which was only some sonic blasters. My daughter got the wrong flavor, and the mix-ins (Reese’s,etc) were only in the first inch or the cup, the rest was just plain ice cream. Never coming back here and I highly recommend you stay away.
