I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Came here today and got the greasiest old burger possible, hard fries , cold mozzarella sticks and a total of 5 mushy chili cheese tots that was supposed to be a medium. I contact customer service and they are no help I just want my $22 back since I threw that garbage out.

We only had 1 person in front of us in the drive thru and waited at the speaker for about 4-5 minutes before they asked what we would like. We ordered 3 items which was an order of mozzarella sticks, an oreo blast which was made with the wrong ice cream & it was only 3/4 full. We also ordered a strawberry cheesecake master shake but it was just a vanilla shake with whipped cream on top. It took about 10-15 minutes to get our items while the person at the window was on their cell phone. Very disappointed!

The last time we came to this location, we got a burger so greasy that we could not eat it. This time, with one, yes I said one, car ahead of us, we literally waited 25 minutes for the 2 shakes we ordered. Had the order before us been time consuming to prepare, why couldn’t someone bring our shakes out? We could see one employee working and the others standing around doing nothing. This is the first time in my life I have ever ordered then driven off without paying or getting my order. We had wasred enough time and gas just sitting there. This is unacceptable! The staff there obviously DO NOT care about the customers or doing their jobs. The franchise owner will suffer with service such as this. I will NEVER go back to this location. Very unfortunate

Look, the bar is in the floor but for fast food sonic is on point. If we have a special request, it’s just done like making a dish vegetarian by removing the meat, and the food is already there, nothing forgotten. The service is always friendly and to the point. The food is a notch or two over other normal offerings and represents a much better value than other fast food imho.

Wow, just wow. I went to Sonic expecting a quick bite, but instead I got a full-on roast session from the cook and waiter for ordering the entire menu. Yes, I said the WHOLE menu. They looked at me like I was crazy, then proceeded to hilariously mock me for my “insatiable appetite” and “foodie ambitions.” The cook even quipped, “Are you trying to single-handedly bankrupt us?” while the waiter chuckled and said, “You must really love Sonic, huh?”
Honestly, I felt like I was in a stand-up comedy skit rather than a fast-food joint. If you’re looking for good food and a little friendly teasing, this place’s got you covered. But if you’re just trying to enjoy your meal in peace? Maybe go somewhere else before they roast you like a marshmallow.

oh, and also, I got so mad that while I was eating and driving out of their parking lot I got distracted because one of the workers fell, so I looked back, but while I looked back some idiot ran a red light and rammed right into my car and said I WAS THE IDIOT

Absolutely ridiculous to be the only soul in the parking lot for lunch today and order something to get home and it be straight trash .. $26 in food and nothing was as advertised or even edible .. that burger was a part of a $12 meal and asked for it just the way it was shown in the picture and what I got looked disgusting .. Never again ! and to think i waited over 15 minutes at the window .. Lincoln park location on Dix Ave .. DISGUSTING!!!!

poor awful service!! Took so long to the line to just move an inch! i was second in line when i see from the window, one working RUNNING around in the building with drinks and someone just at the window watching us waiting and on there phone.. no one was doing there job. when i had got my drinks i said “have a good day” nicely and she just gave a dirty look and shut the window fast.. Do not recommend this sonic definitely go to a different location.

Had to wait 10 minutes to have my order taken, and waited around 20 minutes in line to be able to pull up to the front window. The whole time there was only one girl making all the drinks, one cook who when was done cooking just stood by, and a girl at the register who just stood by and watched.

Waiting entirely too long at the monitor for someone to take and order. When you finally get to the window they either have card reader issues OR are not swiping my card because there are funds in my account and no declined notifications on my statement. Shady behavior makes me feel like they took my card and tried to take down the info to try to use it later. We will see and if that is the case we will have bigger issues for sure.
