Always have had really good food here. For the first time I got it corn dog and it was smashed and hard. Disappointed. But nonetheless our frozen strawberry slurpees (7-11 name)were really good. Staff is very polite and drive-thru is usually quick. Sometimes they don’t acknowledge you when you’re waiting to speak to them at the drive-thru.

We’re from up north and have never had sonic and we were all excited to try it so we pulled up and pressed the button to order and then they said “go through the drive through it’d be easier cuz it’s hard hear you” like, sure ok, wtv, we order and they were kinda like, “anything else? Is that it?” WHICH IS FINE it was the tone. Not being a Karen I’m just saying like I get it man we all hate are jobs I’m the same way but bro, mood killer.

Tonight I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at your location

I went through the drive thru around 6:07pm

I saw several signs in the ground for the All American Double Smash burger meal for $6

I ordered that meal minus a few items and a Diet Coke and one extra sauce

I got up to the window and was given a price of $12 and change

I asked how is that possible and
who was working the drive thru said I added bacon to the order which clearly wasn’t the case nor did my receipt say so , I know she had to see that on her screen at the window as well

I said it’s $6 plus the extra sauce and tax of course

She then says oh ok

She hands me my full meal and Diet Coke
Then a Cherry Limeade

I say I didnt order this Cherry Limeade she says its ok it’s the same price

I said no you are charging me an extra .70 cents for a drink I didn’t order nor want

She says it’s ok

I said fine I’ll take the drink

But can I get my extra sauce I
Ordered she then replies- you could of asked when you ordered, I said I did say extra groovy sauce when I ordered

She just looked at me blinking her butterflies with a blank stare

I just took the sauce and left

Very unprofessional and I refuse to return to this location

My friends don’t go here as well because of bad service but I don’t usually judge by others complaints but today I will listen to what they say

Unfortunate experience tonight as I’ve come here multiple times traveling from Canada. I must have had a bad experience because I came at night time and the kid working drive thru does not care about anyone’s experience or how he treats the guests that come to this place.
Pulled up to the menu board dec 1st, around 9pm, I was told to wait a minute, ended up waiting 15minutes. Went around to drivethru instead and told to wait again by the same kid. Waited another 5minutes just to order, so I said hello, hello, hello, eventually the guy on headset says “ DID I NOT TELL YOU A MINUTE” I said “ correct I been waiting 10.” He proceeds to say “ I WAS DEALING WITH A CUSTOMER, WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU” I’m sorry but I work in customer service and seeing multiple cars leave including myself is sad(sad for the company at least paying these people)the kid was wearing a hat, curly hair with a short curly bun.
Will not be returning as my money will be better spent elsewhere. Unfortunate for all the others who had left because of this poor kids customer service. Shame. You know this place is bad when it’s got multiple complaints and all the manager does is direct you to corporate. Shame haha.

New management same problems. Rude staff. It’s been consistent when I come here. It’s unfortunate because I love Sonic and this is the only location near me. So I make the gamble every now and then. I pulled into one of the parking spaces and waited then a man comes in a loudly and rudely says “DRIVE THRU” then hangs up. It was so off putting I just drove away. I noticed two other cars drove away around the same time. Just really sucks that Everytime I come something like this happens.

wow people should read the reviews about this place. you talk about slow service… this place should close! you could go anywhere in the area sit down eat by the time they are done giving you food through the drive-thru. I have never in my entire 50 years of life experience something so slow and ridiculous. I should bill you for my time back wasting in your damn line. fire the manager fire everybody in there for lack of doing their duty

had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic while picking up a DoorDash order. The young male employee who assisted me was extremely disrespectful and clearly wanted to argue instead of doing his job. I approached the situation calmly and professionally, but he responded with attitude and unnecessary hostility.

As a delivery driver, I expect basic respect and cooperation when picking up orders, just like any other customer. This interaction was uncomfortable and uncalled for. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not shown at all during my visit.

I hope management addresses this behavior because it reflects poorly on the business. No one should be treated this way for simply doing their job. 01/09/2026

Something new to complain about every time I go. This time, she didn’t ask me what kind of sauces I wanted for my mozzarella sticks , got my drink orders wrong. And didn’t ask me for the size either and made a big deal when I tried to upgrade my size after realizing it. Fries were salty and cheese sauce was hard as a brick.

The stalls are closed on Sundays so that was a bummer.. I thought they would be as good as the ones in the South but… No. They are not as good. Give them a try. You might like it if you never had Sonic from the southern states to compare it to.

If I could leave a zero I would. Sonic is my go to for a snack or something to drink, but this location is awful Sat for over 20 minutes waiting for a pick up AFTER the expected time of it being ready. I watched two employees sit outside this entire time, and I assume they were the only ones working as I couldn’t see anyone inside and only ever saw the two men. On top of that, I called to check in, see what’s wrong, 3 times the phone went unanswered. It wasn’t a big order. Corn dog, 12 motz sticks, and a drink. When I went through the drive thru I was immediately met with attitude both at the speaker and the window by two different employees. “We’re short staffed what do you want me to do about it” etc. I understand being short staffed, but they were not busy whatsoever and with at least 3 people there you can offer better service. At the very least you can be kind. Spent over 40 minutes trying to get a couple small items. Terrible service, and cold rubbery food, do not recommend wasting your time with this location
