I ordinarily love Sonic. I am from Oklahoma where they are in abundance and the food/service is much better. I will literally grab a drink on the daily. This location is so slow! They are frequently busy, and I understand that. However to wait 10 mins for a drink that was ordered ahead on the mobile app is crazy. Not to mention I ordered dinner tonight. My husband got the double bacon cheeseburger, and it had no bacon. I got a single with no lettuce, no ketchup, and extra pickle. It had lettuce and pickle. I double checked my receipt when I got home. So annoying! Then trying go contact anyone in the app or at the restaurant is next to impossible.

I brought my dog here last night around 9ish to get her a cheeseburger and the girl who brought it out was the friendliest sonic encounter I’ve ever had. She was super nice and happy and checked our order to make sure it was all right. I wish I would have gotten her many to brag on her here!

Personally, it’s hard for me to fairly rate Sonic due to it being in a restaurant and class of service unique to itself.
Overall, and considering how you order and receive your order, I definitely give it above average. However, this particular Sonic is very compact and almost feels claustrophobic due to its limited number of car bays and the extremely small area everything is compressed into.
I dinged the “atmosphere” due to vehicles blasting their music so loudly that we had to keep repeating our order and making the order process extremely difficult and frustrating. I dinged the “food” category because my much anticipated Strawberry Milkshake straight-up tasted like purely vanilla and upon removing the lid to view, it was nothing but white with a few very sparse, and extremely small specks of strawberry hull only in it. My daughter loved her banana milkshake, though, and it was actually a creamy yellow color.
If my daughter craves something from there again, I’ll totally take her, but I have zero interest in returning for myself anytime in the foreseeable future.
Worth Noting: Our order was brought out relatively quickly, and the employee was polite, courteous, and friendly. I’m also confident that had I went back to Sonic and complained that they’d have made me another milkshake, but I didn’t feel like driving back and going through the car-hop experience that soon.

Well I had to go to three different drive up stalls before I found one that works. The service was also very slow, but it seemed quite busy when we went there. The lady who brought our food was polite and apologetic for the wait however, she seemed nice. Probably wouldn’t go back though from this experience.

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake shake on the mobile app. It wasn’t mixed and didn’t have any cheesecake mixed in. I had the same experience getting a malt. Mix the shakes for crying out loud and tell the customer if you don’t have the ingredients for the shake they ordered.

We went for 99 cent corn dogs. We ordered on the app and didn’t think it gave us the discount — but it did. The young lady who assisted us was courteous and helpful. Our order arrived quickly and it was hot and tasty. I like that drinks are always half price in the app. The iced tea has been really good at this location.
