I usually love Sonic, especially the one in Seymour, which has always been great for me. Unfortunately, the Sonic in Columbus was a huge disappointment.

The service was awful, and the food was not good at all. The corn dog was burnt and completely dried out, and the hot dog also tasted bad and felt poorly prepared. Overall, the food quality was really disappointing and didn’t feel worth the money.

The only thing that was good were the slushies, those were fine as usual. I really hope this location improves, because I normally enjoy Sonic and expected much better.

The place was busy for sure! I feel the design of the drive-thur was poorly thought out but with limited space it makes sense. I know that is contradictory but. Blocking in the folks who want to park and experience full service when trying to leave is hard to do or inefficient with potential accidents. Who would be at fault?

Ordered the chili cheese footling dog with tots. Onion rings and hot fudge shake with root beer to drink.

The onion rings batter was so sweet, I couldn’t eat them. Sad really.

Hot fudge shake didn’t taste like a hot fudge shake but rather a kids chocolate milk you get from McDonald’s.

Quick service, got everyone out quickly. Drive Thur was faster if you’re in a hurry.

Manager came by once but we hadn’t got out food yet. Never did come back by.

Had the smash burger last time I was here and it was really good. I like how they come out while your in the drive thru line and don’t make you wait until your at the window. Everywhere should take note and do that.

I ordered a BLT. It’s not hard to make but mine had a few tiny pieces of bacon, a snippet of lettuce, and a whiff of tomato. We were in a hurry so I couldn’t send it back. Do better, y’all.

Super slow. Tater tots were overcooked and fries were limp. Mozzarella Sticks, the Coney dogs, and Popcorn Chicken were good. Staff were friendly there just (like everywhere) aren’t enough of them.

I’m not sure exactly if this is supposed to be a sloppily put together as it is, but talk about needing a roll of paper towels.

Drive thru greeter was rude. She was answering her cell phone while she was handing out food. No greeting. This was on Thur, 25AUG between 10-11am

My kids and I love this place. I expect better.

For the past 5 visits I’ve made here, every slushie I have ordered gets made wrong. Either missing an ingredient or someone randomly decided to add nerds to it when it wasn’t asked for. The attitude of most of the employees have also been pretty rude. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered two slushies, one with strawberries, and both of them made dirty. I took a sip out of mine, and it wasn’t made dirty, I tasted no cream whatsoever. I took it back and told them, I pulled up to the window, and the employee explained to me what it meant to make it dirty? Lady, i know, that’s why I asked for it lol. She said her coworker made it dirty, I said okay? Handed her the drink and said you can check if you want but I didn’t taste any cream. She took the old one, handed me a new one and they forgot to add the strawberries in the new one I don’t think I want to come back, mostly due to the attitude. Do better

I didn’t get anything. I stopped for the car hop service as a treat for my husband and I. No one waited on us in 15 minutes so we went to the drive through. It was so slow. The woman in front of us waited at least 10 minutes and they still hadn’t waited on her. We went to Rally’s next door.

Went to the drive through and waited 10 minutes, no one answered. There were five vehicles behind us. Cars were in the kiosks and did not get waited on so they left. Don’t know who owns this Sonic but they either can’t get help, don’t pay the employees enough or insufficient training. Very poor service. So much for fast food. I’ll just keep going to Chick-fil-A and Culver’s. Have to give this Sonic a zero
