We only stopped at this particular Sonic one time, but I’m going to tell you the person that serviced us went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed as we were getting a rather large order. They even made sure that we had extra containers so that when we ate we could separate the foods easily. In general, it was a pretty awesome experience with hardly any wait while our food was being made. The food was hot and fresh and we ate every bit of it 🙂

We wanted to order in our car but they told us we could only go through the drive-thru. The food was okay. Not the best Sonic we’ve eaten at. The ice tastes like city water and made the ocean water and strawberry. Limeades taste strange. They didn’t seem to have enough people working so everything took longer than expected.

I came about an hour before closing annd there were maybe an max of 3 cars behind me. However, it took longer than expected to get my two hot dogs and shake. At the speaker I specifically said no cheese on my chili dog. I was taking the food home to my family so I didn’t notice until I got home that my chili dog was loaded with cheese and my chicago dog had a STALE BUN. I cannot believe a food establishment would serve their customers a rock hard bun. I couldn’t even eat my hotdog because the bun was inedible. I’m not sure how the worker who bagged my hotdog didn’t notice. Completely unacceptable.

The hot dog was microwaved in the box and bag. So the bun was fused to the cardboard The cardboard was melted to the plastic with cheese. So I literally could not rip the hot dog out of the packaging. It probably would have been good if I could have eaten it. $6 for a hot dog didn’t even have onions on it. I asked for water and did not get it. The pickle fries were actually very good .

This location is a dump. I think the stalls only work half the time, if that. What’s the point of being a drive in if your customers have to wait in the stupid slow drive thru? Even when I’ve ordered through the app and gone to the drive thru I wait forever. Today was the final straw for me. I ordered through the app, checked in to a stall, and was informed that someone was on the way. After about 10 minutes of nothing I called. I was informed that all the stalls were closed and they never got the notice that I was there. It would be nice if they would label all the stalls as closed and not just some of them. By this point there was a line in the drive thru so I asked them to credit my order and I left. I deleted the app too. It will be a long time before I even consider giving this place another chance.

First trip to a sonic in 10 years.
Nightmare isn’t even the word. $26 dollars for some cold nasty food. Waited over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in the drive thru. To be handed a medium milkshake with the lid sliding off and blowing. I attempt to put the lid back on and the entire bottom of the cup breaks apart. (Cheap, thin cup for a milkshake and the price) An entire milkshake spews all over my lap and my interior. Nevermind the electronics full of milkshake. The best part is I call the manager to come out as I pulled forward 10 feet to let other cars go. The manager (identified herself as Tammy) literally argues that this is a known issue and “not her problem”. A known issue to who exactly? I havent had a sonic in 10 years. She doesn’t offer to refund, make the drink over, bring out some napkins or a towel. Was beyond rude. Goes on to say there was a lid on it when it was handed to me. I said There literally was not. And she says and I quote “Mhm, sure”.
Overpriced. Food cold and nasty. Horrid wait times, even worse management.
Yet to reach upper management.
Save your money. Plenty of other places around.

This sonic is absolutely trash! Ever since they’ve opened actually. The stalls never work or they don’t want to walk outside, they mess up every time you order no matter if it’s a big or small order the wait time is ridiculous and their service is not pleasant most of the time. Tear it down and build something worthy. Expected way better from crown point but I’ll continue to travel outside for sonic

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Wait time for my food was ridiculous. Fries were completely burnt. I parked in the stall and he physically took my debit card and walked in the building to pay for my food. I was so uncomfortable with this.sonic is absolutely trash. I ordered a burger and a drink and waited over 25 minutes. Burger was cold.

I totally used to love this place but it since has tanked so bad. Was here a few weeks ago and I ordered 2 burgers and a hot dog and we were in the drive thru and had ordered in the app. When we got to the pay window after waiting in line…they still had t started our food and it took 20 mins for our order.

Food was nice, family said the frys and bacon were crispy, more than they liked. All and all it was a good spot for a quick bite. They were relatively quick, even if they didn’t think so, for the late night we stopped in.
