The food is always fresh and hot, and we’ve only had small order mistakes (like the wrong sauce) a couple of times. The boneless wings are mediocre quality meat, but the sweet chili sauce is pretty spicy and to die for, and the honey bbq sauce is thick, strong, and a little spicy too. Tater tots are deep fried so can be pretty oily, but man are they tasty. Mozzarella sticks are on the small side, with seasoned bread crumbs that make them delicious even without the marinara that comes with them. Which, BTW, they will not leave out of the bag no matter what you say, however they will give you a generous side of a different sauce at no charge if you ask. Shakes are thick and have interesting flavors, though very overpriced. No Pepsi, just Coke. It’s great to be able to get any of this stuff as soon as they’re open in the mornings!
The 3 star rating for this location is partially because the cashiers at the window tend to be abrupt (no greeting, sometimes just waiting for your money without even asking for it), and also because service can be extremely slow. But it’s mostly because of an incident where an employee took our credit card before we had gotten to the window (they do that sometimes to help you get out faster), but then they gave our card back to the car in front of us! That person hesitated, then took the card and drove off, never to be found. And yes, the card was used before we got home to cancel it, and no, the Sonic manager was zero help and we got no compensation, not even a meal, for all the hassle of having to set up a new account number.

Went around 9:30pm with the family. They were quick to take the order and waited only a few minutes to get our food. The burgers were hot and prepared wonderfully. The size of the burgers were huge! For someone who isn’t really hungry, you may want to order just a single burger.

Visited there three minutes before closing time and I was served without any issues, didn’t take long for shake to arrive, and girl on other side of speaker was clear heard. The server girl was friendly with a smile, didn’t even complain when I gave out about a dollar worth ofchange. Had great experience, will be coming back soon again, without the change. Great place and clean.

I wish there was less than one star. This is the slowest and rudest sonic I’ve ever been to. We stopped in for what we thought would be a quick drink before an appointment. Big mistake. Don’t ever do that. It took them forever to come out and when they did it was a someone else’s order. I asked if I could go in and get my two drinks. No response. Finally the two drinks came out and I had a 20. So was another five minutes for the change to come out. I’d say we were there at least 20 minutes. Two drinks. 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Oh yes – we ask for light ice – and we got a cup full of ice. And did I mention the people were rude? They were so rude. I will never return to this Sonic. I recommend you find another place as well.

Very friendly service. Have been going to this sonic since they opened. Rarely has my service been slow or my order wrong, and if has been they always make it right and give coupons for discount or free items. Will be a little slow at times when shakes and blasts are on special. Personally find that understandable. Good food , good prices, good service.

Chili yummy. I ordered their fruit-filled Strawberry shake. Really good. Close to Steak & Shake. The Drive-thru at this location is usually busy. I’m also a big fan of their crushed ice. I always buy a bag of ice with my order.

We want this evening and was at a cargo for a good 15min and no service, went to drive thru was there for probably 20-25 my husband drove up to the window and a lady asked what he wanted, he said I was just seeing if your open, No signs on or lights, she got the manager and the manager came to the window, opened and said what my husband repeated everything he said to the previous lady. The manager said well everyone is waiting, I had to give breaks and she has no idea what to do. The manager was very rude I refused to eat there he got a shake and was sent on our way no sorry, nothing just plane ride. There was a line about 20 cars wrapped around the building.
I’m in food so I understand getting busy but, I would rather send ppl home early, pay them over then to have customers not happy. If your cant handle the stress of the job please pass it on to someone else. With the warmer temperatures coming you will be getting busy be prepared for lots of people to get ice cream and definitely with 1/2 price after 8 PM we was there at 8:33pm.

Customer service was really good, food came out fast! I was my friend first time eating @ Sonic so she was very impressed by the quality of food (double bacon cheese burger) and how they got it out to us.
