I left one star because zero stars isn’t possible. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Sonic. They literally tried to feed me an almost completely raw hamburger. I put the order in online and it came out. I took one bite out of it, and my appetite was completely ruined as II left one star because zero stars isn’t possible. Said he would remake it for me. Almost 45 minutes later I’m still waiting so I call and I assume the manager answered. The phone was very rude. Spoke to me like I was supposed to know their company policy for me waiting at the door for my food and then hung up on me so when I came to the drive-through since it is very cold once again, she was very rude and again acted like I was supposed to just stay in there at the door and wait for it in the cold when I was the only person in the parking lot besides one other person clear on the other side of the parking lot that didn’t pull up until a half hour after I did. I quite literally will never go to Sonic ever again and if this is the type of people that you have running your restaurant it won’t be running very long.

I usually don’t do reviews but I’m pregnant and have been craving ice. I come here to get a 10lb bag of ice and it tasted like straight up chemicals, never have tasted ice like this before. Their ice machines are definitely filthy and they also forgot my food after waiting over 30 mins. Definitely don’t recommend getting anything at this location..

I drive a box truck for work. Doesn’t fit in drive thrus. Instead of making accommodations to get me food I was simply told they only served drive thru. When I explained my truck couldn’t fit they just left it there. Very sad that customer service has fallen this much.

Ordered online and site said around 7-10 min wait and food would be ready. Ended up being about 45 min wait with no explanation why there was a 45 min wait and only 1 other vehicle in lot under the canopy that got drinks and left. No apologies, just a wait. Food wasn’t bad but the rest of experience wasn’t good. Ended up going back that night for dinner thinking that situation would never happen twice let alone in 1 day but boy was i wrong. Another 30 min wait past online order pick up time

Went here with my mouth fixed on a burger, grill was down so unfortunately had to settle for hotdogs and my son had chicken tenders with tater tots. I also had fries and mozzarella sticks, my mom had chicken bites and onion rings. Food came out in less than 2 minutes (red flag #1). The only edible things were the mozzarella sticks and our drinks. The fries were overcooked and possibly sitting there for over an hour. The chicken tenders were also overcooked and seemed like they were sitting forever along with my moms chicken bites and onion rings. We couldn’t even finish our food and we paid over $34 dollars. Highly disappointed. Just wish everything was fresh!

I would be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed if I were the franchise owner. The food I just received was horrible which seems to be an ongoing trend for this location. My toasted burger was white bread that’s been buttered giving it the color instead of throwing it on the flat top like it’s supposed to be. My daughter’s garlic burger was ice cold in the center and had zero garlic sauce. The fries were rock hard, old, re-dropped into the fryer. The onion rings were almost black because they left them in the oil too long, not to mention a medium onion ring isn’t 1 large onion ring with a few broken pieces of other onion rings. I could literally ONLY make 2 small onion rings out of the pieces. The only edible item was the pretzel my daughter ordered. I don’t even want the money back. I just want the owner to give a shit about the customers who are keeping their business alive. Which by the way, I will no longer be one. I know I’m not the only one who is getting sick of zero quality control and sub par customer service

I don’t usually do reviews, but the whole overall experience was that bad. Service was painfully slow. I counted three cars leave the drive through early. They made the correct decision. While I waited I witnessed a staff member take their break in the dumpster. Okay, now to my order. After a long hot summer day I thirsted for a large cold fruity drink. So I ordered the rt44 strawberry limeade. After all the above, my expectations were low, and boy howdy did they fail to clear even lowest bar. It tasted like flat sprite with just enough food coloring added to make it kinda pink. When I took off the lid and opened up the drink there was a meager handful of strawberry seeds floating around.

I doordashed a footlong Coney with tots and chilly cheese tots and instead I get a thing if stale cheese fries. I called and was told they were out of chilly and they didnt think to call and let me know. I dont know how stale cheese fries is a good substitute for the food I was supposed to get but what do I know?
