Sonic has always been an absolute A+ for me. There food is always on point prices are bit high but you definitely get what you pay for and I would definitely rather pay more for better quality of food. And they are they only ones who have an appropriate sized cup for a large milkshake. It’s huge!! And handmade to perfection! It’s an absolute 100% must for me!! You won’t be disappointed trust me!

I ordered foot longs with chili, cheese and onions. There were no onions. We got soft drinks, there were no straws in the bag. The girl at the window was not friendly, so I didn’t tip. I had the money ready to give her, but didn’t offer it after her sour attitude. I do have to say we were waited on quickly, which is quite a change from the previous times we went to eat there, and finally left because of not getting waited on.

Takes 30 mins for two drinks, gave us the wrong order. When telling guy it was wrong he just walked back inside. Manager blew it off and said she would have just been patient. Boards are out and always short staffed. This location should just be closed down at this point.

used to work here, they got roaches a crazy gm no taste and ‘fired’ me after i said i quit. mold in ice cream machines, milkshake machine, and both slushee machines. grill goes all day without being clean. nearly black fryer oil. not to mention burning extension cords that are overloaded. i was promised a promotion that was never given for months but still did the work. i apologize to any recent customers, they’re slow/suck more because i don’t work there anymore and single-handedly did drive through stalls and kitchen frequently

This used to be my favorite place to go to get food. I haven’t been able to go in like 3 years because the service is absolutely awful. By far the worst fast food in Kettering. No one wants to wait 30 minutes for a freaking burger and a watered down slushy. I honestly don’t know how it stays in business.

I love Sonic and the one in my area in Huber Heights is excellent but even though the staff was very helpful there was probably like one person working and you couldn’t go to the Stalls and they decided to take an order when you couldn’t use the stall in the first place and if you go in the Drive-Thru with an average amount of cars it took almost 40 minutes this is probably a one-off but that’s my experience at this location on that day after waiting to decide to go and make an order simply for drinks for the family which they did not discount when the price was in the app you didn’t need the app it’s that time of the season so the drinks could not be full price so we were about to get ripped off if we didn’t check

ALWAYS SLOW. It takes forever to get through the drive through and I have never pulled up to the speaker without being asked to wait. The food is good, just takes forever to get it.
